The uploading of documents process is super sloppy and way slower and more difficult to upload your docs. Please go back to the old app!

Used to work perfectly and was easy to use, but since the 6/21 update it doesn’t work at all. On any device. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, still doesn’t work. If you can get it to actually scan the document instead wigging out, it shuts down ATBS completely. It’s now useless and “app support” is non existent.

New look is great, documents have not migrated to new system and now ATBS is no longer on the share menu when I try to transfer a document from another app to this app for digital receipts, rendering it completely useless to me. Hope this gets fixed soon. Otherwise I would have to mail everything to my business consultant.

Uploading documents via taking a photo is bugged. The cropping tool doesn’t show up

The new app is missing some of the functionality the old app has. For instance, I used to be able to share a pdf document, such as a lumper receipt or settlement, from an email or text directly to ATBS . Now, I can’t get ATBS to populate in the shared menu so I have to download the document and then go into ATBS to upload it to this app. There’s also several menu items that they’re still working on, so if you’re trying to find resources, sorry, but they’re working hard to get it going. The per diem tracker is easier to use. The graphs, well, they could use work. All in all, this seems like it was rushed to get out. ATBS doesn’t feel like it was properly beta tested before being put out and still needs work.

ATBS is super easy to use, but I’m concerned the receipts are getting processed properly or timely. I’ve had some held up in processing or uploaded for weeks. That concerns me.

Yes! ATBS is a great help. I had some receipts I never got around to turning in because it was a hassle. Downloaded ATBS , had to have some help to fix my password but that’s cuz I’m not technology and locked myself out. They helped me fix it quickly. And now, all caught up on turning in receipts. When I get more. Snap pic, hit a button or two, leave a description of item if needed and DONE! Takes less than a minute from start to stop.

Let’s me keep track of my per diem look at my profit and loss and it helps me with any tax questions I might need!!! it’s such an amazing app

I changed accounting firms last year and this has been the best decision I’ve made. ATBS is amazingly easy to use and keeps all of your tax related information in one place and easily accessible. All of this while having quick and reliable access to my accounting team. Thanks this app!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this app now for 2 years or so now. Absolutely the greatest group I could’ve ever asked for! Super easy to use, very intuitive, and much faster than having to scan documents using one app, then emailing them using another app.

The functions on the new Hub are all working beautifully! I love being able to stay logged in, and uploading photos and documents is fast and easy.

We’re a few bugs in the beginning, as with all new things there are growing pains. But overall I use ATBS a lot and enjoy the functionality of it !!

this app is awesome to deal with. They keep up with all my taxes, expenses, maintenance so that way I don’t have to keep them thru the year. ATBS makes it so simple to scan everything in through the year as you need to submit. No need to wait per quarter or annually. They send out monthly profit and loss statements comparing your performance with the industry average letting you know where you stand and if there are ways to improve. These guys are super helpful and transparent. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed for sure.
