1 year agoHi . I joined your shopper panel app in February. I was supposed to get a $5 bonus for signing up for the ad verification portion on the app ,as per the notification I received. A few days later $5 was applied to my account. Now when March 1 rolled around, the $5 suddenly disappeared. Leaving me with a balance of $3.75 instead of $8.75. Please correct the mistake. Love the idea and the rewards, but I am not able to tile pictures together on a long receipt. Not able to find option or FAQ to get help with this. The developer does not realize that the banner at the bottom of the screen covers the option to add to the receipt and the screen does not scroll up allowing you to uncover the function. If you have an enormous iPhone (max?) as I assume they do and are testing on, you won’t have the problem the rest of us with humble little iPhones are having.

Beginning today, 12/10, I was no longer able to see surveys. There is a white bubble at the top right corner of the survey tab and when I click it, the Survey info is completely blank. It worked fine yesterday where I could see what I had completed for the month. Now I’m worried I will miss survey opportunities. I also don’t see away to enable push notifications for when the surveys are available. It is not an option (like other apps) when I go to my phone’s settings to enable. Most surveys get stuck and say they can’t upload, then they do.

This app need severe performance improvements. - it cannot process when I take a pic to submit. So, I have to take pics with my camera, and upload it from photo lib - sometime on applications launch, it fails to load the first page. I have to force kill it 2-3 times to make it load properly. - If I have already uploaded 10 receipts for the month, why is the upload button still activated, even though I cannot submit anymore receipts for the month!!
