The app won't load. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. The same problem persists.
App seems to continuously reset, requiring me to click thru the welcome screens each time I open the app. I've been using the app for over 2 years and this just started in the last month.
Having exact same problem as Cherie above. For the past few days when I try to download my receipts on the Amazon Shoppers Panel app, it isn't working right. It has a whole different look, with 9 tiny squares on the lower left side, the camera button in the middle, and Cancel on the right. When I take a picture, it just keeps saying processing, and the whole time it is "zooming" in and out in slow jerky motions like its taking pic after pic on its own. Also experiencing the "zoomed" view aswell on some of the screens making it impossible to read the whole screen. Please advise. Thank you

I just clicked on Post Comment and got a screen that says Calm Down, too many attempts...This is the FIRST attempt I've made. As for Calm Down, I wasn't aware I was upset. I just asked for some help with your app that doesn't work.
We recently bought new Galaxy S23+ phone. The Amazon Shopping Panel app will not let me take pictures of my receipts. It indicates that I need to give permissions for the camera and / or storage. I have in the permissions portion of the app to allow for the camera and phone. I had re-installed the app twice, I have deleted the cache and data in the app. Re-booted the device multiple times. What else can I try. Thanks, Roy
I can't take pictures of my receipts, even though I have gone to Settings and given Permission for my camera. What do I do now?
I downloaded the app to my new phone but it won't let me take pictures, it says to allow permission for storage but there is no storage in the permissions setting, only camera, phone and contacts. The app on my other phone does have storage permission in settings. I'm lost as how to fix it.

I can't view the survey screens, they seem to be really zoomed in
I haven’t gotten a survey in a while.
I have been trying to upload my receipts for May and I can take the Pic of receipt but when I push the upload button it comes up and says all on my receipt will be discarded if I continue upload and also when I seen I couldn't upload a recepit I noticed there was no " submit " button....I can't submit any receipt at all
Unable to view surveys screen as it is zoomed in.
Totally screwed up my wifi connection when ads were enabled. Not worth the hassle for $2 a month in rewards.
Updated to latest version now all i get after signing in is a blank white screen ( i phone 8 ) have tried hard reboot also uninstall app no joy was working fine before update ??
I submitted 10 receipts in August which were accepted as I do every month, and completed $2.00 in surveys. I was supposed to receive $12.00 at the beginning of September for the above mentioned activity, but only received $2.00 for surveys, nothing for uploaded receipts. Again, these receipts were uploaded in August for credit beginning of September.
I've been a part of the Shoppers Panel for awhile. Something happened with my regular Amazon account and they had to reset everything. I used the same email address for both apps. So since they reset the regular shopping account app I am no longer able to login to the Amazon Shoppers Panel app. Can it be fixed?
