How to fix HERide app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HERide app on iPhone
Update HERide app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HERide iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HERide on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HERide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HERide Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HERide not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HERide App
1. On android, goto Settings » HERide » click [Force Stop]

Update HERide to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HERide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HERide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HERide.

Fix HERide unable to contact server/ HERide internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HERide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HERide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HERide
