I joined and there are no drivers, no way to check the fares, and I keep getting a request to enable location services for accuracy when they are already on. Misleading marketing of HERide, needs A LOT of work before it is actually functional and competitive in the ride-sharing space.
These reviews are most likely purchased and if you read the content it’s mainly from people who have never even used HERide !!. It’s a rip-off idea from Safr (an app that launched in 2018) and judging by the “founder” it will lack the experience and competence needed to be truly successful. This is not a subject to be played with or used as a vehicle to get rich quick and gain notoriety. This is a real issue and HERide should be trustworthy enough to help and mitigate this growing problem. If not, leave it to a real professional. I suggest you read the reviews from people who actually tried to use HERide for a better idea of what it can do.
HERide and idea is terrible. Don’t let high star reviews make you believe HERide is worth anything. It’s not! Uber and Lyft have their downfalls but they have experience. HERide is an EXACT rip off of them and their alternatives however HERide/company has no idea what they are doing. AVOID!!!!
I know people have just started hearing about HERide but I live in Atlanta and was so excited to start using HERide but realized a 4 min drive would be $15?? Umm woah and no drivers are available. Please hurry up and start promoting HERide. Also lower the prices
Not a paid review! I saw HERide on the news & it automatically caught my attention. It’s made by a woman, a black woman & an actual Uber driver. Though I love the concept, it needs more work before open to the public. (Feedback) I’m going to the city soon so I’m excited to use it, I live in a rural area where Uber is rare so I’m not surprised to not find drivers. 1.HERide needs a tutorial to teach its uses 2. MORE MARKETING 3. Hire a private assistant for live chat 4.FAQ in the help center 5.people will donate to expand HERide as it is a NEED, use that 6. Use visuals to teach users to navigate HERide 7. More info about safety for women & background checks (it’s the reason we downloaded) so promote that more.I’m so happy this exist, it will stay downloaded for me & I hope see changes soon when I use it. I tried to give the sisters some business I reserved a ride to the airport for 5 days in advance, everything looked good they had a number on it and everything had to be at the airport by 5:15 it said it would be at my house at 4: 37am got a text from them at 4: 42am got a text no one showed up 😣, I'm going to stick to Uber they were there within 10 minutes
