How to fix Smash app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Smash app on iPhone
Update Smash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Smash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Smash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Smash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Smash Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Smash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Smash App
1. On android, goto Settings » Smash » click [Force Stop]

Update Smash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Smash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Smash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Smash.

Fix Smash unable to contact server/ Smash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Smash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Smash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
