Disappointed

I downloaded Smash but can’t creat an acct to use it. It only has an option to sign in... it shouldn’t be this hard

Frozen transfer

Tried a 5.6GB transfer from my MacOS desktop and after 99% completion is being stuck for past 6 hours. The network connection may have been interrupted for a few seconds but it did resume adn then got stuck. I guess you get what you pay for disappointing.

The worse app!

Your pictures will disappear in 6 days!!

No way to contact anybody

I need help and can’t find anyway to contact anybody! It shouldn’t be so hard to contact someone for help!

I am trying to send a video file 1.3 gb for 2 days and 1 night and still only 800 mb went through. It is so slow it is not productive at all so I am looking for a better alternative.
