Trying to pay and download my cv but keeps saying the payment failed please try again. There is no issue with my card and i need this cv asap. How do i fix

Hello! Several days ago, I made a CV but after entering my card details the message "The payment failed, try again later." appeared. I used a few cards but to no avail. The issue is not with the card, for sure. Could you, please, assist me?
