I can’t find how to cancel the Rachel Hollis rise app I want to cancel
by Cook3cm
I’ve been a huge RH fan and I was SO excited for this app. I’m bummed to say, don’t waste your time. I’ve already deleted it. There is no way to search for workouts by type of exercise. For example, if I wanted to work out my arms, there is no way to search for arm workouts. You have to weed through them all to find what you’re looking for. I was also very disappointed in the number of workouts provided. There isn’t much offered for $9.99 a month. All the guided runs we were told would be there? I only found one. Definitely not worth it.
The app is cute, for sure, but that’s all it is. If you’re looking for something other than pretty colors and aesthetic, please don’t waste your time and money. So many other apps exist that are cheaper, more helpful, actually have music, and are overall more thoughtfully made.

Like most of the reviews I should have listened to...this app is disappointing.
The idea behind it is wonderful but it’s lacking a lot (tracking water, tracking minutes to know what is your best, tracking your gratitude).
Biggest disappointment that feels like it’s a gimmick....is the absolute impossible way to find the area to stop the auto-renew. I signed up for the first 7 days free- set a reminder to check how I felt and stop WELL before the 24 hr period but can’t find the dang thing. I reached out to Hollis Co. for tech support and they’re replying with FAQs that may answer my question but DOES NOT answer my question. Needless to say- I’m sure I’ve been charged since it’s been 36hrs since I’ve started to work on stopping this app and no answer yet.

When an app is labeled as FREE in the app store and says “in-app purchases available,” that generally means that you can access a few features without having to pay for them, and you can then choose to upgrade to more premium features.
Not the case with the Rise app, which disappointed me a lot. You either sign up, pay $9.99/month and get ALL the content, or you get nothing.
You can’t even browse the app for a minute to see WHAT you would be paying for before signing up. Yes, there’s a 7-day free trial, but how many of us remember to cancel trials before we get charged?
I’m certainly not anti-Hollis Co, but I do hope they’ll consider offering a free version for those of us unable to pay $10/month.
