NowNow promises for most of the stored for delivery within 60 min, however it takes them hours to do the delivery. They deduct the amount first, and then check with the store for any discrepancies and if there are any they will refund the balance in 15 days!!! If they do!! Im not sure this is how deliveries work. Not recommending it, there are much better alternatives to use.

I usually placed an order and it takes 30 mins to prep and they will let you know that the item was not available. I experienced this very often. 30 mins is way too long and you’ll end up knowing the items you want wasn’t available such a waste of time. If the item was not available they should update the list just like other online platform does.

Most items I would like to purchase are out of stock and the replacement suggestions are usually completely off mark. When an item is in stock, it often gets delivered to my neighbors, and we cannot figure out why the delivery address is not looked at.

Very bad application every time I order something from any grocery they don’t send me what I want and they replace it without notifying me or 90% of the items is not there they don’t update the system bad communication. Am deleting NowNow and never use it again . I don’t recommend

This company is a joke, I used it for the first and last time. I ordered a few groceries and to my surprise I got notification that they are out of stock for a certain item, well thank u for telling me after I have placed my order. It is so unprofessional I mean seriously! Whenever I buy groceries online they always inform you what items are out of stock. Anyway it is what it is...people stay away from NowNow

Buyers be aware they charge you the full amount of every order you make despite the fact that they never delive r your whole order. You always have to check the order you made against what you receive. They claim that items that are not delivered are refunded when in fact they charge the whole amount and only refund the amount of you complain.

I downloaded NowNow based on the advertising campaign and made my first order, NowNow deducted the full amount from my credit card, then after a while they revert back with a msg saying some items are not available. I spoke to customer care who only promised to return the cost of the goods not available in 7-14 days to my credit card. Until today, no funds have been returned and you call and no one picks up.

The delivery driver obviously delivered at the wrong house and from that point no one at this app knew what to do. But you can be sure they took my money without hesitation. 5 customer service agents later and none could help. Typical service standard. The one agent who called accused me of not knowing where I live and that my order is at my door. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Please pay cash only and don’t let the driver just leave your item at the door because you will never see it.

They have a lot of supermarkets signed up and show lots of items in stock... But every single time you place an order and after you believe you're getting what you need, someone from now now calls you and says the item(s) you ordered aren't available... It's so disappointing. Why can't they update their app and show ONLY what is available. In addition, they take an average of 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver. You're much better off using Talabat groceries

Although I have contacted customer support teams several times, the application still has incorrect product listings as “out of stock” where in fact they are in stock. I called the store to confirm availability. Yet, this app customer support is horrible, irresponsive and does not solve any issue I have raised.
Even after I requested escalation to upper management, i got the rude response that they are incapable of fixing this issue.
I have simply deleted the application along with Noon’s as they share the same support team!

Really bad experience . I have ordered 3 bottles of milk and in my notes requested to deliver the milk with the latest expiry date available. They brought the milk with earliest expiry date and they were not willing to exchange it claiming they satisfied my order and latest expiry means the date that comes first, saying that they can’t satisfy my complain and I should google what latest expiry date means. Requested manager to contact me , they never came back to me. Mr Mohamed from escalation team was Very rude and unprofessional. And the management team did not bother to help. Very disappointed.

Great idea and the interface initially looks good, but the stores show items that are out stock and no opportunity is given to choose a different product instead— you are offered a replacement (which can be totally unsuitable) that you can refuse, but you can’t replace with something else. I also received incorrect items so don’t count on this app if you need specific brands or ingredients!

Quick and easy to use app but the items shown are often not available. Replacement options are sent but issues with the selection of this. It is on a time limit and if you don’t action in time they just deliver the other items. Customer service also doesn’t action in time if you request help with the replacement because NowNow isn’t working. Would recommend only using NowNow if cannot get elsewhere.

Nice variety of grocery options. That being said, it frequently shows items that are unavailable. Recent orders have been taking almost two hours or more with no contact from the business informing of the delay. When reaching out to support, they provide canned responses that are often not very helpful.

It’s great that I can order without a minimum spend, but my items always come wrong, and the customer service is not helpful at all. There’s no real-time response or intelligence to replace items or inform the customer than items are out of stock. Badly managed and robotic customer website.

Just don’t depend on the time given, if it says 60 minutes expect the delivery at 120 minutes.
Also don’t depend on the chat support, he will only repeat what is already written in NowNow .

What a useful service. That works very well. Delivery’s are consistent for the most part.

I have removed 2 stars due to the recent change in the payment system. Using Apple Pay has become worse with the new system. I don’t want to “save” my Apple Pay card details. It worked perfectly before. Now I’m stuck to using only one card. Please fix this.

If using Apple Pay I should have the freedom to choose which card I want to use like it used to be before. Revert to the older system.

I’ve placed a few order so far with NowNow - on-time deliveries, friendly riders and user-friendly interface.

I’ve used NowNow several times and everything genuinely comes in 60 mins and sometimes less. The packaging is great and the staff is super friendly :)

Incredible app, this is exactly what we need at times like this. Very convenient and user friendly
