Okay first off, careem now is definitely the best delivery app for me. CareemNOW is so smooth, the captains are always so nice, the customer service is amazing, and it's by far the fastest. Just wanted to recommend more restaurants because I feel like the restaurants on CareemNOW aren't enough. And sometimes the captains sometimes don't have change but overall I would highly recommend CareemNOW.

Happens twice with me. Ordered a burger and they didn’t update the order status they kept increasing time and in the end after 2 Hours they cancelled the order by saying that they don’t have riders available. Total crap they need to update the customer or atleast inform us about the status but they don’t and they won’t cancel unless you call them and ask them about the order. Never ever gonna order again from CareemNOW!!!!!

Not only is Careem Now reliable and dependable, but their captains are extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Careem Now has the best variety of restaurant options, CareemNOW is extremely intuitive and they are always coming out with improved products.

I ordered something and my food was supposed to deliver in an hour. After an hour I called the customer support and the guy said he gonna call me in few minutes, but he never called. When I called again, after a long hold the another custom support guy told me that my order is not even accepted yet and it gonna take one more hour to deliver. That was their solution after the worst experience of both product and customer support. Never gonna use CareemNOW again!

this is by far my favorite food delivery app! they have amazing offers and deals and delivery prices are reasonable. even though there isn’t a big variety of restaurants but they have all of my favorites😁.
i just like to suggest that customers can chat with the captains it’d be so much better than only calling. plus if you can make a wallet thing, in case the captain doesn’t have change (which happened to me once) can send the rest of your money to your careem now account!

CareemNOW is so convenient and consistent, however I have 2 major issues. 1) There is not a wide variety of restaurants. 2) The prices of food delivery keep fluctuating. I would kindly appreciate it, if these issues are resolved. Other than that, Excellent Service. Keep it up!

CareemNOW is great. I rarely had any inconveniences, and the customer service is amazing. There is one suggestion that I have for CareemNOW. It is the ability to choose which branch you want your food from. Overall, it is fantastic.

The worst delivery app I ever used.

1) no captains to deliver the orders and food arrive very late.

2) If the order cost is higher than what you have in the wallet, you have to use the credit card only without deducting from your balance in the wallet.

3) when I used the wallet balance, the order got canceled and I didn’t get back the money.

4) the refund takes 5-7 to business days which is stupid because they should hold the money until the food get delivered then deduct the money. They know how to take money but not to give.

I had 4 orders: only 1 got delivered and called customer service 3 times.

Customer service is good but they can’t do anything since CareemNOW is designed to be stupid and useless.

When you’re gold on Careem, rides are a breeze. But I would not advise anyone to use Careem now, they overwhelm you with discounts and when you try to use them you find increasing delivery times AFTER you place the order, 15 mins of trying to connect with customer service with no luck, and messages never replied to. This is definitely the last time I use Careem now. Zomato seems to be the best for Dubai

After using the new update several times, it is difficult to find restaurants in the categories you are looking for.
I recently tried to open CareemNOW several times but it didn’t launch and it said “oops, something went wrong” then a “retry” option which does not work.

Unfortunately this service does not currently operate in my area but I’m giving 5 stars because the AppStore feedback representative for CareemNOW is very fun to read. Never change Alia! 😂

It’s great to see Careem in food. Very nicely done app with simple to use interface. I didn’t like name Careem now though, sounds more like a news app. I’d love to see this changed as Careem food 😉

Great selection and highly reliable. Always get my food quickly. Definitely recommend

After ordering at the application, I added my Visa Card details to proceed with online payment and a few minutes later call center called me to change my payment to a cash transaction. So I had to drive to the nearest ATM to withdraw some money for the order even thou it wasn’t my fault.

Poor customer service & poor application support.

Good application and good service. however when you have an issue there’s no customer service
