Yes another customer service failure. Either it’s “can not” or “no” - it’s all the same... save yourself the BS and GRAB it

“Overall is decent, but horrible customer service”

LINEMAN has so many software bugs it’s surprising it even opens. The most recent example - place and order for food delivery, receive confirmation, then suddenly message appears “order failed”....but, the restaurant received and prepared the order, just no one from this app picked it up. You can’t make this stuff up! And customer service - well, they don’t “show up” either or respond. Don’t waste your time with this awful app.

I don’t understand how such a large company can have such a poor performing app. For the messenger service, the address search function doesn’t work well at all. Why isn’t it integrated with Google Maps or another big mapping service?

Every time i make an order with card it changes it to cash. No other delivery app does this. Why wont you respect your customers choice to pay by card?

So many time I ordered something and when the driver got there the restaurant either hasn’t opened yet or already closed when it said on LINEMAN that it’s still open or hasn’t closed yet .. this is such a waste of time

Add more English

Not worth the delivery fee. I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge 50baht. Never again will I use LINEMAN. Will stick to Grab or Panda, much cheaper.

Don’t expect to get things sorted out when you have an issue with your order. No English support available.

Very disappointed and can hardly be used for foreigners due to Language issues 😤🙄

This is the first time I was using this apps to ordering the food ,it took a lot of Fee and delivery cost to much ,and the worst thing it I can’t cancelled my order at all , I have to contact restaurant and restaurant told me to contact driver ,that was wasting my time just go using grab , don’t using this apps

Ps. You can’t pay by debit and credit card ,only cash they accepted within very bad

LINEMAN is easy to use and delivery guy very polite and he can speak English! The problem with LINEMAN is many pop-up and messages are not in English. Also there is no place for me to add some notes for delivery (like name of village).

Compare to the other service providers, your delivery fee is too expensive. Better to review and adjust if possible

I wish there was less of a language barrier, would be great if it had more English coverage.

This is the best app so far. Food panda and Grab food just took the biggest Ls of their career. Fast, easy and capable.

Customer service center makes excuses when something goes wrong instead of stepping up for the customer. There's better apps out there, Grab Bike and waiting for Uber Delivery to start in Thailand.

I attempted to use this service three times, each time either the shop was closed when it said open or it never completed the order. Do I just gave up, I do hope they improve with time.

We love Line Man app so much as it enables us to have the foods we haven't had for so long. LINEMAN has some flaws though. We could never rely on the map and gps to see where our Line Man is. It's always off but the saving grace is that Line Man is usually quite quick. Another let down is the correctness of food orders. Our orders sometimes get messed up at about 10-20% of the times. Something is sometimes missing.

Anyway, it is a great app which gives access to food that we normally wouldn't bother to go eat.
