How to fix Memorizer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Memorizer app on iPhone
Update Memorizer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Memorizer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Memorizer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Memorizer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Memorizer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Memorizer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Memorizer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Memorizer » click [Force Stop]

Update Memorizer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Memorizer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Memorizer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Memorizer.

Fix Memorizer unable to contact server/ Memorizer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Memorizer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Memorizer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
