How to fix ZoomInfo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZoomInfo app on iPhone
Update ZoomInfo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZoomInfo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZoomInfo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZoomInfo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZoomInfo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZoomInfo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZoomInfo App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZoomInfo » click [Force Stop]

Update ZoomInfo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZoomInfo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZoomInfo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZoomInfo.

Fix ZoomInfo unable to contact server/ ZoomInfo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZoomInfo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZoomInfo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZoomInfo
