The earbuds connect to my phone every time. How ever WalkersLink shows they are not connected most of the time. When WalkersLink does show it is connected, it loses connection and constantly says “Silencer Link Lost”. This is EXTREMELY aggravating as it will continue to say it over and over at a volume that is way too loud! Another glitch is when the earbuds are connected, each earbud is at a different volume. I keep both set at 2 but somehow they are different every time I turn them on. VERY DISAPPOINTING! This needs to be fixed ASAP. Unfortunately this happens whether I open WalkersLink or not. As for the earbuds them selves, they do work great hunting. They provide ample sound enhancement and provide great hearing protection when you fire your rifle. Now all that is needed is to make all elements work together!

The Walker’s BT 2.0 connect to iPhone 13 pro max. I can play music and the external mics work & volume ect functions properly. The ear buds and app WILL NOT connect. The orange “connecting” in the middle of the screen on WalkersLink just keeps swirling. I’ve removed / re-downloaded app, power off phone & buds. Disconnect & reconnect the buds w/the phone. All the basic stuff done. If the developer happens to see this review please advise on how to proceed. Overall the Walker’s buds work and provide adequate hearing protection. WalkersLink for these buds not so much . It appears that I’m not the only one having this issue. In fact taking a look at the reviews, practically everyone else is having the same problem more or less. Great

I bought the Walker XV 3.0 w/Bluetooth primarily for range use.
The articles I read were favorable.
I’ve had several pairs of earbuds for different purposes.
But these fit really well and drown out all the background noise when I put the volume all the way down and play music on low, there’s no background noise.
That’s satisfying because I can use it in the work place noisy “cube pit”.
I have not yet tried them at the range.
To some degree it is disappointing to see that they don’t address range use in the instructions.
One would think I need to turn the ambient noise off and change the Listening Mode to High Frequency Boost. But it’s not obvious to me how to switch the settings for the range.
The instructions are also incorrect regarding Bluetooth volume controls.
They are opposite of how it functions.

Old version was touch and go, but it worked a lot better than this new app. The menu is very rigid, as it won’t let me access the earbud interface because it thinks I’m not connected. It would be nice to have a refresh button or something like that.
All that said, these earbuds allow me to hear very subtle sounds at great distances. Hunting is a blast with these. I can hear chickadees happing along branches, and much more. The first time using these, I could hear a pack of coyotes way back in the woods; the buds allowed me to listen to their smallest little vocalizations

Doesn’t connect to my Silencer Bluetooth earbuds. The wheel just keeps going round and round. Been using these earbuds for more than a couple of years using the old Connect app. Now they are changing over to WalkersLink and removing the old app from WalkersLink Store. DONT DO IT WALKERS! Read your reviews and fix the problem! Your new app doesn’t work! At least I can go back to the old app for the time being. I can get it to work most of the time.

Received an email of the wonderful app that works with all walker devices. Downloaded twice per directions if it didn’t work. Have Walker Xcell muffs purchased this summer for use while mowing. Sat on hold for 45 minutes only to find our “oh sorry it doesn’t work with those” so much for working across all devices. Need to improve app so it does work across all your Bluetooth devices or don’t send out emails that supply false information.

Thought Walker stood for quality. I’ve done the restart, delete app, etc several times and my iPhone says it’s connected to Silencer BT - but app shows not connected and gives me the steps to go through to fix the issue - which doesn’t. See lots of low ratings on WalkersLink . The other app worked fine for me.

I loved my Silencer BT when I got them. Allowed me to choose between hunting (active listening) and range time (playing music while I shot). The original app was crap but at least it sometimes worked. WalkersLink just doesn’t connect. The Silencer BT has no issues with my phone but WalkersLink is useless.

Maybe it’s trying to find an Apple Watch that I don’t own. App never opened on phone. BT says we’re connected. So ? Tried to find on line operators instructions, walkers only downloads a model I don’t own. Useless! The ear buds do work, but now I can only change volume, not the different settings advertised with this $250 device!

Like others have tried everything to connect to my Silencer BT’s but to no avail. So it is worthless! The old app does work but will be discontinued leaving us with nothing. Very disappointed and cannot recommend Walker products in the future.

App says it has successfully connected to my Silencer BT’s, does not actually connect or do anything. Earbuds work perfectly fine with phone, just not WalkersLink

Raptor will not connect no matter how many times I’ve tried. Can’t believe this still doesn’t work.

The new app is terrible!! Has me looking for an alternative. Cannot believe walkers doesn’t have somebody on this obvious problem.

No matter what I try. I just can’t connect to WalkersLink . Old version barely worked.

I’m BEYOND disappointed! I purchased what was supposed to be top of the line nine conduction headset. WalkersLink ABSOLUTELY will NOT CONNECT.

I have rebooted, paired, unpaired and reinstalled WalkersLink TOO MANY TIMES!

Either FIX IT, or admit that THERE ISNT AN APP FOR YOUR DEVICES!

App won’t connect

The earbuds connect to my phone but refuse to connect to WalkersLink . They gotta do better.

The new app won’t connect with my Silencer BT. The old app works great. Disappointed it’s going away.

I just completed four days at Front Sight Nevada with a new Walkers Bone Conduction device which I purchased hoping it would allow me to hear the high frequency timer that they use. It did not. I noticed their Silencer App has a HF Boost which the WalkersLink does not. I hope they up date it to include that soon. It would also help if each side could have separate adjustments. Until then this device is only three stars.

I have a Raptor and tried to use WalkersLink for it. The Raptor is hot garbage, WalkersLink is hot garbage. The head set has a crazy defective auto-shutoff feature that WalkersLink claims to be able turn off. App connects, sends setting change, Raptor responds, but the feature doesn’t turn off! It is so irritating that I will be seeking a different product and deleting WalkersLink.

Concept is there, but needs refining. App Should store the last settings used. Less issues connecting would be great. Hopefully someday this will be dialed in.

App has improved for me and allows easy adjustment. Walkers is my goto for hearing pro

When I open WalkersLink o do not have an option to change the mode. I bought these specifically to us at the range and to amplify the ambient sound, and I cannot do that at all

The vast majority of the time WalkersLink doesn’t connect to the ear buds. It simply says Connecting.... until you give up. The whole time they’re connected to the phone via BT and I can play my music, but WalkersLink is worthless.

If you’re going to bother making an app for your product you should hire someone who knows how to make it actually work.

Why are you selling a 250 unit with no working software. Feels like a ripoff
