Application is frozen at the Home Screen I can watch live game but cannot exit out of the application my tv cannot go out of the application

Early in last year, I had tried to quite the ATP TV by email and requested to refund . At that time I just had gotten your refund. However ATP TV has taken the annual fee from my account on this January. I would like you to refund the annual fee and to stop my registration.

No funciona bien No hay forma de adelantar un partido lo pongo 10 minutos pero luego se queda bloqueado al reanudar si pongo la app de la telee ve a saltos desde la smart TV No ha cambiado nada a mejor desde que me di de baja abril hasta ahora Sólo he cogido un mes pero no creo que renueve

Watching the Montreal final on TennisTv and the screen keeps going back to a black page... I have to resign on and it thinks I am just beginning viewing... so frustrating as I know I am missing some great plays. It is a FINAL!!!!

The app keeps crashing in the middle of points. So frustrating. This app is not nearly as good since the update. Also, can only fast forward 10 min at a time for replays, way too slow to get to third set if that’s all you want to see!!!

I have excellent internet connection, and I am still unable to watch an entire point without the app freezing for the Tsitsipas v. Draper match since the middle of the first set! I have problems with this app all the time. This is the worst app I have ever used. I have been following tennis for 35 years, and this app makes me want to quit!

Exactly same problem as Maria, black screen even after reinstalling. Same problem if I go to the website as soon as I login

When I open tennis tv app , I get a black screen ! Tried to uninstall , close the phone and reinstall and still doesn’t work !

For some reason my Tennis TV App keeps pausing and stopping this morning 7?26/2022. I have rebooted my modem and router, my TV and anything else I can think of but the problem persists.

Was having trouble loading content so i uninstalled the app hoping to reinstall to get rid of the problem. However I cannot reinstall the app. Very frustrating. How do i reinstall the app please. thank you
