And ofcourse i know this watch is just not it but i does WORKS . first charge it with any of usb chargers. Iam doing with super charger. Next install fitpro app from playstore the green background white color P is the app. Then make a profile on it first and then turn your phones bluetooth . Now search for watch from the app and also search from search option from the watch to get them paired

After going through a very positive review I placed order for one. After receiving it, I charged it as per instructions and downloaded the fitpro app on my Android smart phone, but failed to establish Bluetooth connectivity between the two. I tried on my tab and another phone without any success. I tried to check my BP. That read only 104/78, but my BP is 128/85. Even tracking my walking profile, for 30 minutes brisk walk, the steps 3464, calories burnt 54 and distance covered 2.4 km. But the actual figures are 4678, 85 and 2.9. I strongly recommend other friends not to try this and waste money. The most unfortunate thing is that the contact information is not available and the sites I tried are just saying that the website is not available.

Won’t Pair

Hours spent on the two watches finally received and they will not pair. Contacted a customer service person and they could not help me. They sent me a uTube video to pair the watch and it was the same one I found before calling still useless. I can get the watch to measure the medical parameters by just turning it in and holding it on my wrist, nice feature and it’s the reason I wanted to purchase this watch. They gave me a discount to avoid shipping it back with the intention that the above uTube video would solve the problem. I will now contact the bank for a fraudulent product for credit. What are they thinking not many folks can pair the watch so I’m glad it’s not me. There has to be away to get them paired but who do you call

Don’t worry, your watch works, it’s just the app

If you got the oshen watch, this is the wrong app. This app is not the official one which is why it does not work for your oshen watch, the official app, is the one with the light green logo titled fit pro. Also, I tried this one first too, but don’t think oshen watch is a scam. It’s not. It can be charged by simply getting a USB port and plugging it in after taking out the strap that covers the two small rectangular golden thingie majiggies. I ordered 4 oshen watches, and they all work well. Keep your oshen watch to charge for around 2 hours, then plug it out and touch the button. I hope this is a helpful review as many people seem to be struggling with this.
