The system keeps kicking me out saying I need a pro subscription when I ALREADY have one and clearly see on my subscriptions area in FocoDesign Store. I need someone to contact me. There’s no email. I like the variety in FocoDesign, but I would like to see the ability to add more text to different templates (some you can’t) I’d also like to be given different sizing options so it can be used in more than just a story format. Changing the speed and taking out the number of pictures would be useful as well.

I have been billed twice for the PRO subscription. While I already had a subscription, it wasn’t showing I have one. Its weird that if I had one, how can it allow me to get another on it. Please help me get a refund.

At this time FocoDesign is okay it would be better if I didn’t continue to have these issues making in app purchases

Where is the feature to remove background from photos?!

We have been loving this product and trying to promote as we can. We have been using all the templates and designs and all of a sudden it is tagged as “Premium” templates requiring subscription without the option to “restore subscription” as well.

It will be great if you can allow your early users as it is.

Why it keeps crashing so often?
I got charged twice. Can you refund?

I used to love FocoDesign but lately I can’t save my videos, FocoDesign crash almost every time 😭😭😭

It’s acting up and won’t let me save even after I paid for a subscription package

My problem was resolved, although for a second I thought I was getting scammed this app came through and restated my subscription !!!!
