Paid for the upgrade subscription but can't use the pro template. A few complaints of the same problem. Sad that this app is good but this problem is not fixed and seems that no one is addressing this issue.
I installed foco app. But i am not able to enter. Because its suddently closed automaticcally. Please give a solution
Could be MUCH better

The system keeps kicking me out saying I need a pro subscription when I ALREADY have one and clearly see on my subscriptions area in the App Store. I need someone to contact me. Thereโs no email. I like the variety in this app, but I would like to see the ability to add more text to different templates (some you canโt) Iโd also like to be given different sizing options so it can be used in more than just a story format. Changing the speed and taking out the number of pictures would be useful as well.

Billed twice for PRO subscription

I have been billed twice for the PRO subscription. While I already had a subscription, it wasnโt showing I have one. Its weird that if I had one, how can it allow me to get another on it. Please help me get a refund.
