I went to the Little Tokyo store. The crew has an attitude! Then when I’m paying, I asked the cashier how can she count it from my loyalty card, & she called somebody (i guess the on duty supervisor) then she just response unfortunately they can’t process it bec I already paid. My response is thats. It true bec I m just in the process of just inserted my card! But none of them ever bother to do something about at least to help!

My loyalty card is not updating properly! I have counted from my order history I should have 14 stamps but it’s only showing 10. It’s been way over 48 hours- like a a whole week.

I purchased 3 drinks and 3 cakes at the store on sunset. After I get out from store, I noticed I only got 2 drinks and 2 cakes. I returned, told the staff I didn't get what I purchased. The staff didn't even apologize she made error. She just gave me a drink, said "here". I said "how about the cake?" She said "I didn't charge the 3rd cake". I didn't have a high expectations from them but at least PLEASE DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY.

Staff at Olympic and Dewey never answer the phone, for some how in the app they don’t have the coconut frappe anymore so I just selected any random drink and called the store to let them know which drink a wanted.... they never answer the phone, then they tell me it’s my fault for the calling them..... the staff is the worst staff, would never want to buy here at Dewey again, bad customer service....

Hi To whom this my concern Iam very loyal customer and I order multiple drinks at your north hollywood location every single day. And its really unfair that ur app and ur system s Doesnt work properly. The stamps r not getting updated correctly. Even the owners of that location have contacted HQ mulitple times and still u havent corrected the problem. I am thinkin of spending my $30.00 daily elsewhere. Compensate with a courtesy giftcard or something. U really to be more professional.

Needs WORK!!!

If you want people to use your app when ordering, then you need to have an app that actually works well. It’s really frustrating to order from your app, wait for my order, go into the store to pick up my order, and find out that the employees aren’t even aware of my app order. I suppose that’s why there isn’t a notification in the app to tell you that your order is ready… because no one that works at the store is even aware of the order! And last but definitely NOT least, one of the drinks I ordered wasn’t even available but I was able to order it through the app and was charged for it. So frustrating!

Terrible app - please update

Can’t check out as a guest so you have to make an account. Fine Try to make an account. Phone number already connected to an existing account so try again. Reset password for account. Email does not exist. Only email I ever use….so if it doesn’t exist in the system but my phone number does then how can I update the account or reset passwords or ORDER AHEAD. Super frustrated and I’m complaining about a boba app right now so that says a lot

Will not take credit card info. Tried adding several different credit cards. Every time it just says error and clears the screen. Very frustrating!
