📋 32 Reported Issues:
Dive log and training dives do not appear. I stopped / deleted and reloaded app. Still no logs
My dives logged have disappeared and I cannot log any other dives as the app does not find any location.
Logged dives disappeared in the app/on the website :( Log out/in doesn't help, neither reinstalling the app.
My logged dives are not showing up in my log book. Even when I make a new record, the dive I just put in immediately disappears! I tried restarting the app. Don’t see anything
Hello, My logged dives don’t show in the app and I get an error “oops! An unknown error occurred. Please try again later” Whenever I open the app and my info doesn’t show. Any idea how to fix this or why it’s happening?
Logged dives aren't being saved. Jeff
Information disappeared from older dives. Only recent dives show notes/ used air/ weight/ etc…
Not showing logged dives
The app will not allow me to enter my training dive locations. It cannot be saved permanently or as a draft, so I cannot complete my training course logs. Please help!
Hi there, I cannot search for any dive sites???? I’m trying to update my log as I’ve 12 dives to add but it simply will not allow me to do this? Please advise anyone? Any tips? Anything I can do on my I-Phone 13 to enable me to proceed? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
Padi e course aow will not open..it opens untill text has to be shown. Then blank page

When trying to acces e-learning it says 'there was an issue retrieving your course'
Padi App does not reconise any dive sites and thus I cannot log any dives. Same problem with my son, and we are trying to complete the AOWD course! Iphone 11 and 12, latest app.
Will not install to iPhone 11 iOS 16.0
Not showing any previous logged dives. Won’t search for any dive sites so I can’t log the new dives as this is a mandatory field.
I am diving in Ocho Rios, Janmaica. The PADI app does not log any divesites. Specifically I am now looking for Dickies Reef. Also this one is not listed… When I type Jamaica or another popular divesite, nothing is listed. Unfortunately I cannot log all other topics of my dives. Please advise

I can't sync my app with the web site. The web has my logged dives and my dive card. The app shows nothing. I just updated the app. Same thing. Not syncing.
Tried numerous times and different inputs (co-ordinates,country, place, etc) but am unable to enter anything that is accepted into the dive site field which means it will not register any dives.
Not possible to search for a dice site
As others I can't select a dive site (keeps searching and is empty) and can't just save text there. So cannot save the dive 😔
The PADI App Logbook is not allowing me to select Dive Location, and therefore cannot log dives. I managed to log dive through the online PADI, but it does not sync with the PADI App! Can you please offer some advice or fix the bug? Thanks
