Dive log and training dives do not appear. I stopped / deleted and reloaded app. Still no logs

Hello, My logged dives don’t show in the app and I get an error “oops! An unknown error occurred. Please try again later” Whenever I open the app and my info doesn’t show. Any idea how to fix this or why it’s happening?

The app will not allow me to enter my training dive locations. It cannot be saved permanently or as a draft, so I cannot complete my training course logs. Please help!

Hi there, I cannot search for any dive sites???? I’m trying to update my log as I’ve 12 dives to add but it simply will not allow me to do this? Please advise anyone? Any tips? Anything I can do on my I-Phone 13 to enable me to proceed? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you

I am diving in Ocho Rios, Janmaica. The PADI app does not log any divesites. Specifically I am now looking for Dickies Reef. Also this one is not listed… When I type Jamaica or another popular divesite, nothing is listed. Unfortunately I cannot log all other topics of my dives. Please advise

I can't sync my app with the web site. The web has my logged dives and my dive card. The app shows nothing. I just updated the app. Same thing. Not syncing.
