Your app will not open, I'll put in my pin and it goes to a black screen that says sign in and goes nowhere from there. I've already uninstalled and re installed. Same issue. Of this is not fixed by the end of the week I will dispute the charges as services are not being rendered.

Try using app received a message saying there was a bug. Ok deleted and installed the app again. I hit the sign in button a prompt pop-up asking me to enter phone number as soon as I press the screen to enter number it close me out of app

I was approved for the card and connected to my bank account but when I try to verify my card to activate it, it either... 1) will allow me to scan or take pictures and then kick me back to the homepage when it tries to upload or... 2) will cut me off halfway through the verification process and kick me back to the homepage or... 3) will tell me that there's no barcode detected and kick me back to the homepage.

This app has never worked. I've tried to reach a representative for many days. But I see that extra is able to communicate when it comes to collecting dues. I have not even used this card yet. Not fair if I can't activate the card. Not right.
