برنامج تسوق فاشل مع الاسف الغراض الي يجيبوها كلها تعبانه
ياريت يحدثونه ويضيفون كل المواقع لان ميوصل لاغلب المناطق
الطلب يتأخر ساعات ويجيك الطلب ناقص و انت مضطر تدفع المبلغ لأن بالشارع متكدر تجيك
رغم اني زبون لتطبيقكم لكن التأخير الي ديصير راح يخليني افكر اترك التطبيق…
حاليا اني لازم اطلع للشغل وصارله اكثر من نصف ساعة بالطريق…
وهذا التاخير غير مقبول وغير منطقي لان كاتب 9دقائق على الوصول و مضى على الحال اكثر من نصف ساعة !!

مع الاسف بس اول فترة وتعبو الخدمة جداً سيئة والتأخير بالطلبات مو طبيعي كلش طبيعي الطلب يتأخر ساعة قبل جان السايق يطلع بطلب واحد هسة ياخذ اكثر من طلب يلة يطلع
مده التوصيل طويله وقد تصل الى ساعه كامله وقد طلبت ايضاً فاكهة كريب فروت لمرتان لكن ما احصل عليه هو السندي ، فضلا عن الاسعار الغاليه جداً و الكثير من اخطاء الطلبات على سبيل المثال : اشتريت ايس كريم بنوع قطع الكرز و حصلت على ايس كريم بنوع الكوكيز كما ايضاً طلبت مره ٢ شيبس من نوع و ١ شيبس من نوع اخر و قد جاءني ١ شيبس من النوع الذي اريده .. و مثلا عند شراء الفاكهة تكون صغيره جدا و عند مراسله التطبيق يقول : نحن نعتذر و سوف نعوضكم عن طريق المحفظه !!
الخصروات تلفانه وليست طازجه
مع الاسف بتاريخ ٢ اب ٢٠٢٢ اول مرة اقوم بتجربة التطبيق من خلال تقديم عروض على الفواكهة الاستوائية تم طلب ثمرتين من البابايا وصحن من المنكاستين…البابايا صغيرة جدا وغير ناضجة بالكامل والمانكستين تالفة بالكامل…فعلا تجربة محبطة وعدم احترام للزبون وغش علني..
تطبيق سيء جداً خصوصاً مواعيد توصيل الطلب … ببساطة الطلب يصلك بعد اكثر من ساعتين وعندما تسأل سائقي الدراجات عن سبب التأخير يلجأون للكذب والحيلة في كل مرة … وفي اكثر من مرة تصلني المواد مكسرة حرفياً .. راسلت التطبيق للشكوى ولا حياة لمن تنادي

The service is really awesome and you can find everything you need in one place. BUT, Lemuneليمونة is a nightmare, when I tap a product to view its details, it takes about full minute or 80 seconds to load. When you go back it takes same amount of time and the experience therefore is the worst ever. I called the support and informed them many times even on Instagram but to no avail. This problem is happening on Iphone X with both IOS 15 and IOS 16.
This application same color and biker color and all ideas from giter app in turkey I used before many years. And i surprised when I found same apps in same color!
The application of its service is very poor. They do not adhere to the time and do not respect the request from the customer
, So a half star is very sufficient for the rating.
