I just paid for subscription and downloaded app. It takes a picture , tries to analyze, and then goes to screen that it can’t be identified. I’ve tried with a variety of plants. Christmas cactus, hydrangea, aloe, hibiscus., dill. All not identified. I can’t use anything that this app claims to offer. I’m thinking that I have been scammed, and paid a year subscription of 19.99. Please advise on what I can do other than writing that this app does not work. Thank you
