Our normal login screen is not displaying for students. Not sure what is going on. The login screen asks for your email and says it will send you a list of authorized URLs. Nothing happens when this is performed. Help!

How to fix Litmos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Litmos app on iPhone
Update Litmos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Litmos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Litmos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Litmos network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Litmos Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Litmos not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Litmos App
1. On android, goto Settings » Litmos » click [Force Stop]

Update Litmos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Litmos App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Litmos » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Litmos.

Fix Litmos unable to contact server/ Litmos internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Litmos » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Litmos » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Litmos
