UOBInfinitySingapore just does not open. No problems ever with any of my other Singapore banking apps.
Update:. Ios15 on iPhone 13 app won't even open
Regularly crashes my phone. Most days I can't even log in. Worse than useless since it is actually damaging.
I have tried about 7 digital banks and uob app is the worst by far and full of bugs
While UOBInfinitySingapore does what it needs to do, there seems to be a very significant battery drain. While using it to approve transactions in slightly under an hour, UOBInfinitySingapore drained more than 80% of the battery! A quick look in the Battery tab in the settings revealed an 89% drain within a 1hr period! When not using UOBInfinitySingapore, the phone has enough battery to last a little more than a day. So this isn’t a case where the battery is old and cannot hold the charge.
The best part is, connecting the phone to a charger, prevents the phone from receiving log in pop ups. The screen becomes unresponsive. UOBInfinitySingapore cannot be used when plugged in to a power source. The above mentioned issues were experienced on an iPhone 8.
