How to fix PulseInto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PulseInto app on iPhone
Update PulseInto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PulseInto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PulseInto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PulseInto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PulseInto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PulseInto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PulseInto App
1. On android, goto Settings » PulseInto » click [Force Stop]

Update PulseInto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PulseInto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PulseInto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PulseInto.

Fix PulseInto unable to contact server/ PulseInto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PulseInto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PulseInto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
