I have a Samsung A70 and the Healy Watch App does not launch the frequencies from this app directly into the Pink App. I have a Xiaomi, and there it works. So it's a problem of Samsung A70. Has anyone a solution ?

Healy app just gets stuck on one program and wont start on a new one - unless i uninstall and reinstall the app - every time. I have had the healy 5 years and this problem is recent. It started with my original healy. I took up the offer to get a new device but the same thing happens. Looks like it is a very common problem. Not okay considering the cost of the thing

Phone and Healy are fully charged and I have checked for updates as well as made certain that all other windows on my phone are closed. The device is new and worked well for about a week and a half. I can't access my programs. When I open the pink app I'm getting "Expert Programs" which when I click a box pops up saying The Individualized Microcurrent Frequency expert programs and associated recommended applications are the sole responsibility of the TimeWaver Frequency experts." I click Ok & then I just get a blue screen with Expert Programs at the top & nothing else. I don't have access to any of my programs. This just started as I've already run 2 programs this morning & I've closed out the apps, I've deleted the pink app & re-installed & same thing is happening. Please help, I'd like to access all of my programs. Thank you!

I am having the same issue with the pink app it shows the last session and then when I try to choose a program it jumps back to the main menu. Also I downloaded the app on a tablet to free up my phone and it's only showing one program with my serial number.

When pressing program to start on watch app or dig.nutrition app it will come up with program to run the flicks straight to gold cycle or menu.

I am trying to run a program (any program) in the pink app and it just goes back to the main list of programs, it doesn’t actually run any programs. Can someone help me? I’ve paid a lot of money for this and I can not use it. I have been trying for days. I really need to use this product.

My message is exactly the same as the message before mine complements of Carolyn Gsell and Elisa Mora ,I'm coping and pasting her message. "Healy app won’t stay on. It is fully charged. I have swiped off the app and then brought it back in. I try to hard reset on the device. I even rebooted my iPhone . The app seems to be stuck on a program I previously used and then when I go back to the menu the whole thing pretty much freezes up or will let me look at programs But won’t run any of them and the green blinking light on the Healy shuts down" This has been happening for over a month? If it do manage to get it too perform 1 program it then stops working and i have to delete app and start again after performing all other fixes to have it only stop working again next time i use it. Where do i get help for this?

I just got a healy and can't even use it. My app won't work, it kicks me out. I haven't even been able to create a login yet. I've tried all of the trouble shooting: install, reinstall. Turn off/on phone. Turn off/on bluetooth. Very frustrating.

Seit nunmehr 3 Tagen funktioniert Healy Advisor nicht mehr. Es heisst dauernd 'Deine Cloud-Daten werden synchronisiert'. Es erscheint eine halbe blaue Wolke, ein paar Pfeile nach unten - und das war's. Früher wurde der Bildschirm nach < 1 Minute blau und ich konnte in das Programm. Seit 3 Tagen funktioniert das nun nicht mehr. Auch nicht nach dem Update von heute.
