When it actually works I love my this app. Unfortunately lately my device has started to turn off by itself. The Bluetooth with the device gets disconnected constantly. It only works about 30% if the time!! That's absolutely ridiculous for a $2500 device!
It's erratic. Some days I turn it in and can actually run programs. This week Healy (pink one) hasn't worked at all. So I went to the resonance app to run a different program and gave up after 45 min of frustration in trying to get it to work. In the 3 months I've had my this app it hasn't worked very well. This week I just looked at my this app and decided not to use it the entire week because I am fed up. I wish I had not spent my $ on it, but it's too late to get a refund. They say to put a ticket in when things are not working. So I did for both apps 2 months ago and have had no response from the company or any changes in Healy ! I am angry.

After spending $1500 on a new Heli residence, I was so excited to receive it and it seemed easy to start using the programs I ran two programs and then the whole system shut down and I have been unable to get it to work since that time. This requires excellent customer service on the end of Heli world because there are so many people experiencing frustration just as I am. We need a customer service department connecting with us and walking us through fixes if the fix is even possible.

This company needs to get its act together. I’ve reached out to customer support twice with no response whatsoever. In the meantime they have no problem charging my credit card so I am essentially paying for a service that it cannot provide. While the device may have health benefits, those benefits are unattainable with a company that does not seem to support the product or its customers.

I have had my this app resonance for over a month and cannot get the company to activate it!! I have nothing but the Covid program! The company techs keep saying it is activated and it isn’t! The techs are slow and cannot explain why this won’t work. I have asked for a refund and I get no reply... an exchange would be greatly appreciated but again no reply.... I was hoping that I was dealing with a reputable company

Are the benefits of this very overpriced, flimsy device worth the frustration I experience daily of it barely working??? I purchased the this app Resonance while it was on special for $1,500. It was normally priced at $2,500. For this amount of money, the device AND app should work seamlessly. After every program, the only way to get it to run another program is to either delete and reload Healy or turn off and on my phone again. People keep saying to have patience. Why when I paid so much and there is no customer service? It also took a few days to get it to work the first time I used it after waiting for 3.5 weeks
to get it! I asked for a refund and customer service says it has to be done within a 14 day period. That’s not exactly standing behind a product! I definitely would not recommend this product until they get it together.

I really wanted to like the this app, but I am so frustrated with paying $600 for this device and Healy keeps crashing every other time that I use it that I found find myself not using it. Their customer support is nonexistent and there’s no place to send an email, and even after finding a place to message, there’s always an error on the website. If you’re considering buying a this app, don’t bother.

It’s challenging to test and experience what results this technology can bring when the ap/software consistently isn’t working and sending a signal to run the program. Sooooo many other kinks need to be worked out. Im excited about this tech and would love for you to get everything working smoothly. I trust you are working daily and expect to get to play with my new toy as much as I want. Thank you for doing all the fixes you know need to be done.

It truly is unacceptable how little Healy and the device work flawlessly together. It’s like taking your vitamins every day but you can’t get the cap off some days. How is this helping me if it doesn’t work often?
Also did you DOWNGRADE the resonance???
Working much better now but again ya ripped us off seeing as you DOWNGRADED resonance to be the “sale” price of early buyers and made and new “professional” one which is what resonance WAS.

I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to this app Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to this app Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the this app Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare.
The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers.
I have spent real money on Healy and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing.
How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!!
Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

I purchased the this app Device because it was recommended by a friend. Poor friend. Why? I have had so much frustrations and difficulties. this app has poor support so I had to look for solutions from my friend. He had to get a replacement and the replacement does not work. You cannot contact this app for help. No phone number. It can be a long wait for an e-mail reply from the company.
If this app IS a good product, I will never know because the frustrations override the healing benefits.
Please take us seriously. Not worth the money. If it cost only $100. it would not be worth it because the device fails 80% of the time.

They have a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible I repeat horrible customer service they don’t follow up on their tickets they don’t send their Healeys out on time and the Healeys do not connect to the apps that’s not been working I depend on this this app I paid a lot of money for this Heli even if you move too far away from your phone that he will stop working this is a very poor program and I almost want my money back!!!! I have sent in multiple tickets telling them that Healy is not working my this app is not working not one response from these people unprofessional they charge a lot of money and they have a horrible I repeat horrible that I say horrible customer service

Thousands of dollars down the drain... One problem after another & zero communication from customer service. There’s been a litany of problems, actually everything on this device no longer works just after a couple of months of use. My iphone no longer recognizes my this app device therefore there’s no connection. It no longer charges & BOTH this app apps fail to recognize my this app device. They failed to include wristbands leaving me to purchase my own. And still to this day have left customers without the wristbands. Both clips that allow you to attach the device to your clothes, broke off. Never would I recommend this device to anyone. This this app was NOT ready to be SOLD & distributed to the public. SHAME ON YOU.

I this app from August was working fine with the pink dot… Then I was told to update today when I turned on my iPad —which is one month old newest verdion.
After “updating this app is working fine on my phone but not on my iPad… None of the programs are showing up on the iPad. I’ve deleted Healy and re-installed it twice. Updated my iPad turned that off twice no help… No one in my up line knows what to do either

My this app worked for a couple weeks and then stopped. Very disappointing for such a promising device! Now more than ever those of us who cherish our health are reaching for the best things to keep us healthy & in good spirits and this this app is an awful tease!!!
I’ve spent way too much time the past week trouble shooting, charging it and meeting with the rep who sold it to me for an item that costs as much as it does and for what it promises.
The only good news is that a ticket has been written up by the sales rep to request a new one.
But seriously, REQUEST for a new one?
How about send me the new one ASAP with a return envelope for the defective one?! That would be the correct customer service, especially (again) for an item that costs a lot and promises Heath and good mental state.
This has been an awful lot of aggravation—exactly like all the other bad reviews say.
this app Company people, please use your devices to get motivated to ramp up the quality control checks and get us a product that works all of the time. You can do it! Let’s go.

Combined with the this app itself it has always worked for me. If there is a little glitch it really depends on my intention and mood. Balancing myself and breathing makes it always work again. It’s almost like a communication between myself and Healy . A great way to solve any problem: patience, gratitude, joy, compared to complaining and anger.

Never had any issues with the device and advise looking at the manual and FAQ’s as soon as you receive yours to understand how the device works better if you encounter any difficulties.

I wrote a disappointed review several month ago. Now for about a month my this app all of a sudden works. No constant new downloads of Healy necessary anymore. No defective programs anymore. I’m so happy. But I don‘t know what changed. The program itself was always wonderful!

For people who are saying the thing won’t connect it’s probably the wire that broke, and if Healy crashes then your device isn’t good enough to manage two things at one so you shouldn’t open another app while using this app.

i give it a 5 star because the this app came in this lovely box wel done! it was so clean and nice with the a device to show how to use this app. Healy is really cool, nothing is bugging for me its works fine. Good job and all the bad reviews u see its from people who want to let this company fail so don’t worry Healy is magic and its works perfectly good. love from aruba :)

We have no regrets, we now each have one and an extra one in case someone needs help. If you not the best at issuing your smart phone, then you may need a little help to use this little AI. Not everyone understand AI or quantum sensors but this device is amazing.

I regret spending that much money to purchase something so useless. I suspect it has a placebo affect on some people and my other suspicion is that it works with AI perhaps to program you with exactly what you are trying to heal yourself of. I refuse to do any more scans as the "analysis" was at times sexually offensive and highly inappropriate. I think there are other things in the background we are not being told about.
Don’t buy the healy not worth the trouble if you loose it you have nothing
I purchased the professional last March I went on a business trip forgot the healy with coil in hotel I called hotel they said room already cleaned,I calmed my sponser took her 2 months to get anything done so I paid $390.00 for a professional replacement well thet sent me a piece of cheap plastic with out the coil took out of box turned on it was not the professional I can’t get into Back office it dies not work my sponser already has done nothing it’s been 3 weeks so I texted her I am returning it so I Have received no help and get a refund of $390.00 ,there is no company or any one to talk to except your sponser if they are useless you are stuck ,
