When I try to bluetooth connect to my iPhone, I get an error message: "Error - Your device is not activated, please contact customer support". The serial number is 01:01:01:09:4A:09. Please advise. My packing slip identifies order # HUSD-229945-HLY; the order date is 5/29/2023. The Item is 02-006-031-04; HGD-00013. Is there a video for initial set up and use? My Healy stopped working. Please help.
I am unable to use the Healy device due to a health issue which according to their technical team prevents me from using the electrodes. Healy is refusing me a refund despite the fact that I did not discover the contraindications of use until after I had purchased the device and then, only found it written within the manual, nowhere was this obvious. It has been a total nightmare trying to submit a 'ticket' to their Customer Support team as 9 out of 10 attempts result in a message saying 'something went wrong'! Emails are 'no reply' and there is no Customer Service telephone number. I've never dealt with such a shocking company. I am now extremely frustrated as this has been going on for weeks. I have contacted Consumer Advice who say I have a 'final right to reject' under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act but seems I will have to resort to posting a letter to their head office!
The healy is not connecting w the app. It says to use master key , which it was in already and it is not working, thanks

I broke the clip on my Healy so was I tried to remove the pin, in doing so it flew across the room, couldn’t find it after that - is it possible to get a replacement?

My Healy has basically hardly ever worked. Maybe once or twice. I got it on sale for $499 & I don't have a lot of money. It was a big deal for me to buy. Is there any way I could get a refund? I have not been able to get my Healy device to run any programs in the "white" zone at all. Everything stays black. I have tried the complete reset of the device; updated, changed cables, changed from electrode pads to wrist bands and NOTHING has helped. So darn frustrating as I am sick and really need to run the programs. Please help!

When it actually works I love my Healy. Unfortunately lately my device has started to turn off by itself. The Bluetooth with the device gets disconnected constantly. It only works about 30% if the time!! That's absolutely ridiculous for a $2500 device!
It's erratic. Some days I turn it in and can actually run programs. This week this app (pink one) hasn't worked at all. So I went to the resonance app to run a different program and gave up after 45 min of frustration in trying to get it to work. In the 3 months I've had my Healy it hasn't worked very well. This week I just looked at my Healy and decided not to use it the entire week because I am fed up. I wish I had not spent my $ on it, but it's too late to get a refund. They say to put a ticket in when things are not working. So I did for both apps 2 months ago and have had no response from the company or any changes in the app! I am angry.

Are the benefits of this very overpriced, flimsy device worth the frustration I experience daily of it barely working??? I purchased the Healy Resonance while it was on special for $1,500. It was normally priced at $2,500. For this amount of money, the device AND app should work seamlessly. After every program, the only way to get it to run another program is to either delete and reload the app or turn off and on my phone again. People keep saying to have patience. Why when I paid so much and there is no customer service? It also took a few days to get it to work the first time I used it after waiting for 3.5 weeks
to get it! I asked for a refund and customer service says it has to be done within a 14 day period. That’s not exactly standing behind a product! I definitely would not recommend this product until they get it together.

Thousands of dollars down the drain... One problem after another & zero communication from customer service. There’s been a litany of problems, actually everything on this device no longer works just after a couple of months of use. My iphone no longer recognizes my Healy device therefore there’s no connection. It no longer charges & BOTH HEALY apps fail to recognize my Healy device. They failed to include wristbands leaving me to purchase my own. And still to this day have left customers without the wristbands. Both clips that allow you to attach the device to your clothes, broke off. Never would I recommend this device to anyone. This HEALY was NOT ready to be SOLD & distributed to the public. SHAME ON YOU.
