Jeni’s is my favorite ice cream in the world but Jenis is a nightmare. I have issues every time I try to use it; most recently I tried to place an order and Jenis said it was unable to process it but my card got immediately charged. Then it logged me out and told me the login information which I had just used to place an order with my account was incorrect. Save yourself the headache and order through the website or in person.

First try: let’s me add standard to cart but on check out says I can’t order one of the flavors I chose.

Second try: picked a different flavor. It lets me choose the flavor but then won’t let me check out.

I gave up. Jenis is very frustrating.

Who developed Jenis? It’s horrible! First it lets you order and then tells you what you want to pay is not available!

Ice cream has never been my #1 favorite treat…..until now. Jeni’s splendid ice creams are the magical combination of salty and sweet, savory and sweet, crunchy and smooth. Even the waffle cone is an experience - the flavors are so inventive and original.
Can’t wait for the peach jam and biscuit to come back! But in the meantime try them all!

Jeni’s ice cream is awesome, but ordering on Jenis isn’t so great. Because Jeni’s uses Uber Direct as a third-party delivery service through their app for local deliveries , there is nobody to help if there is a problem with the delivery of your order. If your order never arrives, you can’t contact Jeni’s to report an issue, and Uber Direct is not connected to Uber Eats, so their customer service has no record of an order being placed. So you end up getting screwed since you can’t get a refund. Better to just order directly through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or GrubHub so there’s a record of the order in case there is an issue.

Super user friendly app!! I LOVE Jeni’s! I wish there was order tracking so I didn’t have to bother the workers at the store. But they were so friendly when I called and asked!

First trip to Jeni’s. our daughter just started med school at Jefferson. We passed three other ice cream places on the mission to go to Jeni’s. Yeah everything was great and the service to the food to the experience

Love love love this REAL “ice cream”!!!
Tried a few flavors and they are all good. This is the real thing folks, no playing around here. Excellent quality, texture and taste. The true flavors of the high quality ingredient combinations really come thru.

I like Jeni’s ice cream well enough but Jenis is garbage.

It’s not user friendly, generally speaking. There is no easy way to double check what’s in your cart without having to start the process over entirely. Plus when you try to split the payment you simply can’t. You get various error message after error message no matter what you do.

Whoever developed Jenis needs to find a different job.

Two major issues. 1) you order and the system doesn’t send the order to the shop correctly. It is easier to just wait in line 2) they sell your email and contact info. I have been spammed with over 100 subscriptions to various bots in the past 5 minutes and they are still coming. This the is the most egregious issue tbh.

Good flavor, and employees were much nicer this time. My children didn’t like the sprinkles on top at all, surprisingly. There isn’t any water/water cups (so bring your own), and the floor was horribly sticky for the price of the experience ($6.25 for a single).

Hamidah. ….aka Mimi, is absolutely the best makes it well worth every penny to get your very expensive Jeni’s ice cream! She deserves 15 raises! Worth going to the Ponce location just to see her.

Great ice cream as usual but this was my first time at this location and the scoops were like child sizes. Not sure why but for the cost size have been larger than a golf ball for an adult.

I’m a longtime Jeni’s ice cream super, duper, quadruple fan. Now she’s got an app?!? With rewards!?!?! I’m in easy-breezy-to-use app, swirly-creamy, deliciousness ice cream in my tummy heaven.

Since becoming a Charlottean in August of 2020 I have never been anyplace else for ice cream! Their flavors are out of the world delicious! I have never had a bad bowl!!

Jeni’s is definitely a classic and i’m so happy to have a location in the Classic City, Athens. Everyone was so happy and willing to let you try flavors! This was such a great experience especially with the patio lights! I was able to relax and hang with friends! Thank you Jeni’s!

This ice cream is so good!! The ingredients are quality and the service was super knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond for the kiddo. I’m so glad they opened a shop in my area!
