Love the ice cream, hate the app

Jeni’s is my favorite ice cream in the world but this app is a nightmare. I have issues every time I try to use it; most recently I tried to place an order and the app said it was unable to process it but my card got immediately charged. Then it logged me out and told me the login information which I had just used to place an order with my account was incorrect. Save yourself the headache and order through the website or in person.

Won’t let you order flavors that are in your cart

First try: let’s me add standard to cart but on check out says I can’t order one of the flavors I chose.

Second try: picked a different flavor. It lets me choose the flavor but then won’t let me check out.

I gave up. This app is very frustrating.
