I’d previously had account with them for a short time and actually closed the account on the same day in which I didn’t know what’s my purpose of opening the account for. My attention was that I was gonna use it for a backup account in case something happens to my primary bank. What really not helpful is on the same day when I closed my account, the customer service representative didn’t inform me that whenever you closed the account with them, you wouldn’t be able to open another account with them. What they could have least told me was if I didn’t want to use the account, just simply logged off your account and come back anytime to logged back on your instead of them closing it and didn’t inform their former customers. I don’t really know why they design it like that but it needs to be fixed immediately! You never know that they have former customers that wanted to come back. If I could give them zero stars, I would give them zero stars to CogniMultiChainWallet and the customer service representatives and their other team that flat out lie to me about they didn’t see my email. I’d mostly definitely will not recommend them to nobody until they get this fixed!

Wow where can I begin. I opened an account and transferred all my money (which was over $2000) into this account. Come to find out, they locked my account for up to 7 business days due to “unusual activity” when the only activity on the account has been the initial transfer to find the account. So I call, and they tell me I’m screwed and I don’t have access to any money for a week - oh, and they have no idea what will happen to the direct deposit from work that is supposed to hit the account in two days. So thanks for making me default on some bills and conning me into this while y’all are unwilling to help. As soon as this *hit show is done, I’ll take all the money and transfer it back into Chase and close this account because this is A JOKE

its really hard to give this "bank" serious attention because for the life of me i cant understand why its so hard for me to make a simple transfer of $25 into this account from my other online acct because im trying to gauge ease of use and accessibility..... and once again failing miserably because though funds left my other acct days ago this acct is still sitting on "pending"..... as it has the last few times i simply tried to transfer $25. the transfer feature should be removed because ive yet in several tries to see it actually work.... if i cant count on a simple transfer like that the last thing im gonna do is gamble on my paycheck sitting there in "pending" for an eternity like $25 does..... and i work for a credit union so im not completely clueless on these things..... this whole experiment makes me appreciate chime more than i already do..... not one problem in 2 years....

With Corona, it was great to get an account and electronic card in less than 5 minutes. Real customer service answered my call without a big call center voice prompt feel. Looking forward to see more features come out as the company grows.

“Heard about Cogni late last year through family friend. As a truck driver, I’m always on the road so mobile banking is great. Digital cards make purchases easy with contactless feature. It’s new but I will give it a shot. Hell, it says No Fees and I like CogniMultiChainWallet and notifications.”

Cool new banking app with some nice features and color schemes. It’s new to me but i deposited money with no issue, after I used the deposit feature. Walmart was a $4 charge. Next I’ll be linking my bank account. Still got a few features to check out but loving it so far.”

Applied for a checking account at Capital One - took me over an hour at the branch. Applied for a Cogni account on my phone, took me 3 minutes while still in my PJ 😍 Cogni doesn’t offer as many features as the other big banks yet, but I can see that they’re updating CogniMultiChainWallet frequently BASED ON USER FEEDBACK!! 👏👏👏 it’s super easy to use and it doesn’t use complicated language to confuse you .... Also, I just ❤️ the Single Use card feature. Looking forward to more awesome features!

I come from a time where even logging into my account is a nightmare, and it takes 5 business day to get an account. I’m happy to say that with Cogni I got an account asap! I’m glad I got a chance to experience smooth and efficient account opening process. On my phone!!!

My Cogni Card has been of excellent and convenient use thus far, and I am looking forward to the innovative services that will be implemented in the future! As a college student I find this application to be especially helpful. It seems like it is a great demographic for the Cogni banking app.

I’ve wanted to switch to a mobile bank for awhile but I hadn’t found the right one until I found Cogni! Their app is so easy to use and it has some awesome features that I didn’t have with my old bank. 10/10 recommend anyone who’s looking to switch up their banking switch to Cogni!

With everything going on in the world it has been very difficult for me to use my bank in my town. Using CogniMultiChainWallet has help tremendously, very easy to use interface with little to no hiccups. Makes banking really easy.

Cogni is my new favorite way to bank. I moved cash easily in and out from another bank, as well as transferred $ to other Cogni users instantly. Physical card has NFC (tap to pay), and is nicely designed. Intuitive app shows you atm locations of where to withdraw/deposit cash for free. Overall, well designed and my new way to pay and manage my $!

I love CogniMultiChainWallet. The single use cards are the best feature. Any time I go to a new online or offline merchant now, I generate a single use card instead of using my usual credit card. I think this reduces the risk of compromising my account details should a merchant’s site gets hacked. Only wish Cogni has automatic replenishment for the account.

I like using Cogni because it's fair. There are no fees at all! When you happened to have not enough money on your card and you try to pay with it, what do expect? A declined transaction, and certainly not an overdraft fee like in Bank of America or Chase. Thanks to Cogni, I'm not worried anymore of being charged unreasonable fees. And by the way, CogniMultiChainWallet is great 😊

I would recommend using Cogni, so far my experience has been wonderful! I love the one time used card feature, which protects me from online fraud transaction. I would love to see more features being developed.

In addition to how user friendly this application is- the sleek and modern design is quite the twist on the common banking app. It’s apparent that Cogni is focused on maintaining an up to date application by implementing features as developments are constantly being made in the space. With the shift in our world that is e-commerce there is a focus on technical competencies that are both easy to use and easily accessible, while staying current. Cogni nailed it.

Quick and easy application process. I was approved in less than 5 minutes. CogniMultiChainWallet is easy to use and has a clean interface. The ability to freeze card and generate single use cards, within CogniMultiChainWallet , are great features for online shopping and subscriptions.

I can easily load and transfer money to and from the account. Cogni Pay to my friends is also fast and easy. Free ATM withdrawals from Allpoint locations is an added bonus!

Heard about this no fee banking app from a friend. So far, so good. A couple of neat features that my other bank accounts don’t offer, like digital cards that expire after you use them for a piece of mind and my friend can send me money which instantly reflects on my balance so I don’t have to go through the hassle of venmo. I even submitted feedback on CogniMultiChainWallet , and someone actually acknowledged it. I could consider this as a primary account once some additional features get added.

I’m trying to be financially responsible...credit cards aren’t my schtick right now. I was shopping around for a simple app where I can manage my money, shop online every now and then 💁🏻‍♀️ and have no fees. Check check check! I have used a local credit union as my main bank for 8 years and I have made the switch to Cogni. I love the in app money sharing it's like venmo on steroids. I also love the customer service you get when signing up with this company. They always have an answer to my questions. It took Just about 5 days for my funds to transfer the first time, but customer service answered every call. Was nervous at first but all is well and I love it. Switching my direct deposit over to Cogni along with a few co-workers. Cool App and great cards!
