Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iMusic app issues:

Force Stop the iMusic App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iMusic app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iMusic to the latest version on PlayStore

2. Relaunch iMusic.

Click iMusic » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iMusic » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
