NorwexShopping does not work for me. I deleted it.
I love everything Norwex except NorwexShopping. It will never load. I have never had an app that was so consistent in being awful. I don’t like writing bad reviews but there have been so many prior to mine with the same issue one would think the company would have the issue resolved by now. I rated one star just for the fact that it’s Norwex. Please do something, at least let us know you’re working on it.
So frustrating. Get it together so I can buy all the things or don’t get my money.
I love Norwex but NorwexShopping needs serious work!
NorwexShopping gets stuck updating & customizing the customer experience. I’ve had to delete NorwexShopping & reload is numerous times! It’s awful!
If I can get into it, it works sometimes but it’s difficult to navigate when you use the back arrow. It takes you back to the beginning not to the last page.
The website is easier but doesn’t give you shipping updates, the shipping updates are in NorwexShopping ! It’s frustrating!
Please fix NorwexShopping! Make it user friendly!
Only had app a few hours, and already crashed…. Only getting a white screen
I LOVE Norwex, but NorwexShopping needs work. At least 50% of the time, it doesn’t load. It gets stuck at “customizing your experience”. If I get a notification about a special, NorwexShopping will not load from that notification ever. If I can get into NorwexShopping , looking around is difficult. If I click on an item to look at the details, it won’t let me back to the shopping page. I have to close NorwexShopping and start over again to continue shopping. The law problems have existed from the start - PLEASE fix NorwexShopping !
I only gave more than one star because I love Norwex! I rarely get NorwexShopping to work. It is always stuck on loading and I can never get in when I receive notifications of specials. I almost always have to just go to a website directly and I miss out on the specials I'm interested in as a result. It has been this way since NorwexShopping existed. I really wish someone would fix NorwexShopping , so I could more easily make purchases of the Norwex products I love!
I love Norwex products and had a great experience as a hostess earlier this year, but NorwexShopping drives me bonkers. It’s great when it works, but it only loads about half the time (or less). I literally just updated it five minutes ago because I tried several times to open it unsuccessfully, and it is refusing to load right now. So frustrating!
Frustrated with NorwexShopping as it almost never loads. It will get to the final step and then just keep trying to load the page. When hosting a party this is an annoying process as well as if you want to buy something it makes the process longer.
I’m old and challenged when it comes to electronics. I need a program that’s easy to use. Your app is impossible for me. I can’t even open it enough to see what you offer. I make my choices from a paper catalog and then I contact my Norwex representative and ask her to order for me. Please work on your computer app.
I LOVE Norwex, but NorwexShopping does not work. I can rarely open it without issue. Currently when I open it I’m told it is customizing my experience. I don’t care if it’s customized to me or not, I’d rather it just work. I truly hope NorwexShopping gets fixed quickly.

NorwexShopping is great.... when it actually loads; it hardly ever opens and is constantly cycling. I have removed NorwexShopping and re-downloaded -it still doesn’t always work;
I have tried to access it from NorwexShopping Store to open it, still doesn’t always work. And my friend who had a party a month ago had the same experience- so it’s a little disappointing especially when you are in the midst of having a party and you want to be able to check the incoming orders and thank people, etc. It really needs to be updated!

They have fixed the glitches from earlier. I love how they categorize things here & the search function is better than the website.
With every big launch comes problems! This isn’t exactly a bad problem to have! So many people want to complain about NorwexShopping undergoing maintenance and not respect that this is a brand new launch of an app that came with a brand new launch of products, during a global pandemic when the sales for this company have increased by 200%! Life is not perfect....technology is FAR from perfect. Everyone needs to stop complaining and start being positive and helpful! Your outlook affects your life. But your outlook can affect others, which is not your place. Stop complaining about the problems, and start being apart of the change!
Under profile - I add my address and it will not save. Please fix - I’m super excited to use NorwexShopping .
There are a few bugs to work out. Trying to update my profile and it won’t let me save my default shipping address. I didn’t try to go any further with adding info.
