I want to return a porcelain sink organizer it does not fit on my sink
I’m so sorry you changed your microfiber cleaner! The new one does not work for me. I’ve used it twice. The second time, I used the new product, soaked actually a bit longer than it called for. I rinsed after agitating. It took 2 rinses for the water to run clear. I took those same towels and put them in your old microfiber cleaner, agitated and soaked them. It took 6 times rinsing for the water to run clear! Which works best? Your old one in my opinions.

I love Norwex but the app needs serious work!
The App gets stuck updating & customizing the customer experience. I’ve had to delete this app & reload is numerous times! It’s awful!
If I can get into it, it works sometimes but it’s difficult to navigate when you use the back arrow. It takes you back to the beginning not to the last page.
The website is easier but doesn’t give you shipping updates, the shipping updates are in the app! It’s frustrating!
Please fix this app! Make it user friendly!

I love everything Norwex except this app. It will never load. I have never had an app that was so consistent in being awful. I don’t like writing bad reviews but there have been so many prior to mine with the same issue one would think the company would have the issue resolved by now. I rated one star just for the fact that it’s Norwex. Please do something, at least let us know you’re working on it.
