All the 1-star reviews are 100% true!
I'll admit it was silly curiosity that got me to download this app, after reading countless 1-star reviews about it. Lol! I just HAD to see it for myself! Anyway, yeah, the app is in Spanish and since I don't read Spanish the app is completely useless for me. It fascinates me that as popular and wealthy as Carl's Jr is they don't fix this issue. Surely they've read all these terrible reviews so are aware there's a major problem with it!? Oh well, it aint my bank account suffering, sooo. Anyway, I've deleted the app and simply don't go to Carl's anymore. Buh bye, Carl's. 🤣

Carl’s Jr./Hardees must really hate us.
They killed the old app where I had thousands of points and now I can’t use this one either. I love the restaurants but it doesn’t look like the feeling is mutual when it come to loyalty rewards or promotions. One would have thought you guys cared. The brand meant something different than this. It was better before. Even the Carl Sr. Campagin was better than this. So much for being inclusive. More like exclusive.

Terrible App
The prior app was decent but this one is plagued with problems. Makes me wonder if they cut corners on the food as well and I just can’t see it. Given the trend for using mobile devices to order fast food, putting out such a horrible app is a significant indictment on the brand and a slam to customer loyalty. If you can’t operate in the 21st century, maybe you shouldn’t stay open. Waste of time and frustrating.
