Historically Formerly very happy, but no more. Historically I was very happy with electronic communications, but no more. 1) I am writing this in the subject line because my typing in the body area does not show up. 2) I no longer; only messages that are not urgent or responded to after 3 days and 3) my vaccine record is not accurate b/c CVS is much more available and convenient, but I am not given an option to upload my CVS vaccines for n this app: I only see a link to additional information when I am already convinced to receive and have done so, albeit out side th me Scripps network. I am returning to Kaiser in Jan for their superior service and communications.

I find this new system to be terrible!!!! It took me two months to see my primary because the assistants to doctor do not do things correctly! Also I am very disappointed that I have been referred quite awhile ago to a dietitian. No one contacted me???? I also have a bad colon problem and having a very hard time as I was denied medicine that I feel was working. Finally I fought it and got the ok to use it. So then why is my colon doc not sending out a prescription for me to restart it??? I have certainly used the Jefferson care facility and they no me there for sure wait is to long to see so called primary doc. I am a 75 yr old woman who does not complain but I sure am now!!! Hate your system

MyScripps is ok for the basic feature like check appointments and have video calls with your doctor. But with COVID and the new appointment arrival feature, I can’t seem to enable it on my iPhone 11. There is no location services for MyScripps anywhere in my iPhone setting. The pop up says go to settings to enable location but once I’m there there’s no option to turn on location.

I like MyScripps and I’ve been using it for over a year now but the new update makes things a little harder to find. My After Visit Summaries seem to be buried now. I also can’t see Past Test Results in one view as before to see how test values have changed over time. Please bring this back! It is one of the most valuable features. It’s still available on the web so I use the website more now. I would rate MyScripps higher if past test results was available and I wasn’t having trouble drilling down through menus to find information. The new “simplified” menu is now causing me to click down into more menus to find what I need. Sending and receiving messages is still working well.

The present arrangement of My Scripps has no way to indicate that my place of residence, the Casa de las Campanas here in Rancho Bernardo, has arranged to give me my COVID-19 vaccinations on February 4 and 25, 2021. I have also had my flu shot on September 29, 2021 conveniently right here given by Walgreens staff. I also received my Covid-19 Pfizer Booster shot on October 30, 2021 at CVS in Escondido, CA. My doctors have this information directly from me, the customer/patient and have entered the data into the Scripps system. It is annoying to continuously receive reminders “to get” those same shots. The My Scripps app offers no way to indicate I’ve already HAD the shots. Sincerely, Caroline C. Peterson

I can find most everything I need on MyScripps and make appointments, send-receive messages. I did have trouble with the system not saving when I was filling out my pre-check in documents for my appointment. If took 6-7 tries over 2 days.

Would like to be able to send messages to more than one doctor at the same time so can report updates. For example if I am working with two doctors like cardiologist and endocrinologist. Giving them feedback on my condition. Also, would like to be able to send a message to any doctor I have seen in the past.

Why can’t one print from MyScripps ?
Why are there 2 Covid clicks on the home page which seem to be the same?
Scripps & UC Health both on Epic but only way to get UC record on Scripps is to call Primary physician . Seems they should coordinate better. Called medical records and they did not even know how to get my Covid vaccine on to my this app, someone else told me to call primary.

When you go to MyScripps it’ll ask you to update MyScripps , I had troubles with this as MyScripps store said there was no updates. I think there is a bug or a glitch between the two, so delete MyScripps and download MyScripps again and it should work perfectly fine. It’s dumb and too much work, but it is what is.

It would be really helpful to be able to schedule Blood Draw appointments, and to see what locations have availability.

I was also recently asked to provide a copy of a radiology report that came to me as a PDF. It would be great if PDFs could be uploaded to the messages. I had to take pictures of the document in order to send them to the doctor.

I love having a my medical information in one place. Whenever I’m asked what medications I’m taking or what medications I’m allergic to, it’s all there in MyScripps. I also communicate with my doctors on health questions and concerns. I recommend that everyone open one up to keep everything in one place.

I have a lot of appointment and this really helps keep everything sorted well. It syncs with my calendar app, and allows for easy messaging with my doctors. I love it. It’s also easy to tracks bills and payments. It saves me a lot of time and hassle organizing what would otherwise be a like of paper notices.

Scripps patient portal makes it so much easier to actually communicate with all my doctors, schedule and cancel appointments and view test results, appointment notes and take care of billing issues. It’s nice not having to waste a bunch of time on the phone. I also appreciate that the info is shared throughout the Scripps system so all my doctors can see all my info.

I can find test results with ALL the details, read summaries of my doctor visits, make appointments, send questions to the office and even get prompt replies from my actual doctor. I get appointment and vaccines reminders and can check in for appts ahead of time so there’s no paperwork when I get there. All in all, it’s a pretty slick app.

MyScripps works perfect for our lifestyle. So much we have now converted my wife’s PM to scripps. The timeliness in communication far exceeds previous providers! Results are uploaded quickly, appointments are easily tracked and lab results are complete and easily comparable. Thank you for all scripps has done to make record/results for patients an easy process for us “non computer” people

I really feel sorry for people who do not have Scripps medical. They have a world-class group of angels working for them. Every single person that I have encountered that works for Scripps are truly 👼🏻 Angels. They are so amazing and make it so easy to navigate. I literally would not be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Wallick and Dr Lin. I am truly in love with everyone of my team. Thanks to them my two children that were holding out on having kids are now parents. November 13 my youngest son had his beautiful little girl named Charlotte or Charlie for short, and on January 6 my daughter had my beautiful grandbaby named Poppy. Unfortunately the chemo brain fog has prevented me from remembering all the wonderful people that help me. But everybody I had encountered was wonderful Dr. Salimi’s thank you for keeping my sanity in check. I love these people I truly love these people thank you

The this app App is great!! I do not think that I could manage my oncology treatment plan without it. I love being able to message my whole care team, and that I have digital access to dr’s notes, and treatment letters right on my phone. Plus it allows access to my kids and husband too so that we are all able to stay on top of appointments, vaccinations, referrals and more. It’s so helpful!!

It is so nice to have test results, After appointment letters and most of all access to direct Dr-paitient dialog through this on-line Scripps App. The ability to send a picture of a medication or medical issue or pay a bill is great as well. I have used it since it first came out, and it keeps getting better and better.

I want to start off by thanking Dr. Hamer and his entire staff in the Scripps orthopedic clinic. I took my husband in for a last minute app they pulled him in and took X-rays walked him thru his process of needing surgery to correct injury to his hand, they where able to get him into a last minute Covid test to have his surgery next day without any issues. Thank you so much for the professionalism and somehow fitting him in for emergency surgery, we appreciate all your help

I was sent to UCSD San Diego by my Doctor Robertson. She had attempted to have them do a full Toxocology workup since I have been so seriously ill. They refused her order, therefore, she contacted a Toxocologist that worked at the Hospital. She refused my Doctor saying only ER visits are used to perform a Toxocology workup.
The wrong diagnosis has injured me when going to the ER and Doctor visits.
The Criminals are still assaulting me on a 24 hour team effort. They’ve tampered with my expensive cameras. The Police refuse to help because of you not taking care properly of a person that’s being GANG ASSAULTED all these years and as soon as can catch them I will definitely take you to Court..I’m extremely ill and very upset with Scripps disrespectful towards a person who I had told everyone there I’m being Gang Assaulted and nothing being done except wrongful treatment of me.

I was excited to see that Scripps has an app, and then quickly disappointed to see that it only works in portrait mode on an iPad. Hopefully they will add landscape functionality soon and then I’ll be back with 5 stars.
