Nothing is working.! I am getting errors on everything I try to do! I can’t check in for an appointment, I can’t make an appointment. I can’t change any of my account information. Everything errors out. I verified that I have the latest version and I am using an iPhone 11.
I have submitted some relatives so that they have access to my medical records though MyChart. When they received the confirmation email, they pressed accept and instead of being asked for my dob, a login screen appeared. So, they were not given access to my medical records. Will you fix this glitch? Will I have to re-submit their names so they get access.
It appears that the Covid-19 inoculation appointment sub-program is not functioning .... or, it could be that I am not using it properly.
In my myscripps account, I do not see an option to take Covid-19 vaccine appointment. I am above 70 years but no way to take or even try to take a vaccination appointment. MyScripps support is sub standard.

Historically Formerly very happy, but no more. Historically I was very happy with electronic communications, but no more. 1) I am writing this in the subject line because my typing in the body area does not show up. 2) I no longer; only messages that are not urgent or responded to after 3 days and 3) my vaccine record is not accurate b/c CVS is much more available and convenient, but I am not given an option to upload my CVS vaccines for n MyScripps: I only see a link to additional information when I am already convinced to receive and have done so, albeit out side th me Scripps network. I am returning to Kaiser in Jan for their superior service and communications.

I find this new system to be terrible!!!! It took me two months to see my primary because the assistants to doctor do not do things correctly! Also I am very disappointed that I have been referred quite awhile ago to a dietitian. No one contacted me???? I also have a bad colon problem and having a very hard time as I was denied medicine that I feel was working. Finally I fought it and got the ok to use it. So then why is my colon doc not sending out a prescription for me to restart it??? I have certainly used the Jefferson care facility and they no me there for sure wait is to long to see so called primary doc. I am a 75 yr old woman who does not complain but I sure am now!!! Hate your system

I like the app and I’ve been using it for over a year now but the new update makes things a little harder to find. My After Visit Summaries seem to be buried now. I also can’t see Past Test Results in one view as before to see how test values have changed over time. Please bring this back! It is one of the most valuable features. It’s still available on the web so I use the website more now. I would rate this app higher if past test results was available and I wasn’t having trouble drilling down through menus to find information. The new “simplified” menu is now causing me to click down into more menus to find what I need. Sending and receiving messages is still working well.
