I can not access BCBSMCoordinatedCare from my phone . All of a sudden you click on BCBSMCoordinatedCare and it disappears I have tried deleting and adding it back and logging in again and it still happens for the past few days therefore I have no communications with my nurse case manager at this time- I need access to my nurse asap
This is the type of minimalist system I would expect from BCBSM. It thinks that steps are the only exercise worth tracking. It will grab steps from Apple Health, but no other app. There is no way to record other exercise. It is best described as a chat app, not a health fitness app.
Was recommended BCBSMCoordinatedCare as a way to have a messaging system with our BCBS nurse card manager. I’ve found that BCBSMCoordinatedCare works well for that. Otherwise it appears designed for the patient and not family coordinating care. Managing multiple notifications regarding step trackers, etc, primarily geared towards the patient themselves, is tedious. There should be a setting you can enable at first use that disables all the extra notifications and features, customizing BCBSMCoordinatedCare for a caregiver or family member.
I love BCBSMCoordinatedCare…when it is working. Unfortunately, there have been enough times, where I can’t access BCBSMCoordinatedCare, that it is forcing me to give it no more than a three star rating. I can definitely see stars falling off of that if BCBSMCoordinatedCare doesn’t become reliable soon. Great concept, but fix it. Right now it’s just hogging space on my phone.
I have really enjoyed using BCBSMCoordinatedCare; very much appreciate everything about it. BUT: I have been unable to open BCBSMCoordinatedCare for about two weeks now. I touch it, it fills the screen, and immediately goes away. I attempted to contact support, but received no response. What do I do now?
I am finding BCBSMCoordinatedCare to be helpful to track my elderly mother’s health concerns. And it is great to have a health professional a chat away.
