I bought data for my second iPhone by 50euro and it works great here in Japan. Today I bought data 70euro for my main iPhone and it is very bad (slow, not working, etc). I put both phone and did speed test and my second phone beats the main one although it has more data. Please, I would like to refund my 70 euro. If not possible, please transfer my current data to my first line

I bought the eSim+ on Apple store .. have it install and got a number .. when people call my number i see miss calls but the phone does not ring. How to fix this problem . I'm using Iphone 12 running latest ios
