Stew Leonard's Loyalty App Reviews

StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp is good, however, it is very aggravating when you cannot log into it when you are in Stew Leonard's. Most of the time I have to try and try and try. I get so annoyed I forget about it even when I know I can give phone number to cashier. Sometimes that doesn't even work. I'm told I can go to customer service for help but by then I just want to leave. Something has to be looked into to make it easier.

StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp frustrates the heck out of me! Out of the last 3 times that I’ve had my app scanned at the register it’s only posted once. I went to Customer Service and she was clueless as to why it wasn’t posting properly (me too). She then asked somebody who said the the points take 24-hours to post. Four days later . . . Nada. I emailed Stew’s from their website and nobody cared enough to respond. It did work on my most recent visit (yesterday) but I’m still missing points for the two previous visits. Why bother having an app if it’s not going to award the points you promise??

I’ve been shopping at Stew’s for years and loved getting a free ice cream with every $100 receipt. But my kids would be so disappointed when we’d “only” spend $75 - missing out on the free ice cream by $15. Using StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp means that I can accrue my points and then get the free ice cream after two or three trips. Plus they’ve added some really good deals for app users.

StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp is okay but it’s annoying that you have to open the full app for the store to scan your barcode and that only works when connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. It would be nice if StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp had Apple wallet integration so you could use all those features without the hassle of opening StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp every time at checkout.

Love stew lenards and StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp is very good. One thing that can make is better would be to add apple wallet support. This way you can pull up the barcode faster at the register when you checkout. It will also auto brighten the screen so the barcode reader can scan it better and not run into issues trying to read.

I hit one star only because there was no place to hit “No Stars”. When I could open StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp it only worked 1 in 4 tries. I have no idea to how to use the points, nor does anybody in Norwalk. The last time I was at Stew’s the system was down and it logged me out. I have tried to log log back in, ain’t happening. I have tried to reset my password, but guess what, No Joy there either. Very frustrating, especially given how good Stew’s is at all other customer friendly issues!

I am not a fan of StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp. Electronics is not a strong area of customer service for Stew Leonards. I get no customer loyalty from Stew Leonard’s . I am better shopping at Aldi’s for less expensive prices and quality product. Stews has great porterhouse steak pricing, and I can get them thick! I love fresh fruits and Veggies!! I go to Stews for product, not free coffee or Ice cream!

There’s no direction on how to use StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp I went to the cash register they scanned my app still no points!
Five days later I went again to the cash register she said her skin wasn’t working she typed in the numbers still no points! There is also nothing on StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp to contact corporate headquarters to make a complaint I do love stew Leonard‘s but in the last couple months I think they need new management in the East Meadow store...

A must download if you shop at stews. The rewards system is a big improvement over their “$100 receipt for a free ice-cream” program. Now its much easier to earn rewards to keep the kids smiling when we shop.

Horrible app. $350 spent and no points were added to my rewards. Customer service would only let me redeem if I had StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp ! They also said points would load in 2 minutes. Never happened. Waited 24 hours still no points. Even though I do have StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp now, what about the elderly that don’t use iPhones. You Should have the choice to do it the old Way with receipt In hand to show the amount of purchase or use StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp .

StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp is frustratingly slow and worse in my local store. Needs the option to add deals/coupons to my account rather than having to make cashier scann each offer individually. They work hard enough. Also needs a long overdue option to add to Apple Wallet for when StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp won’t open in store.

I’ve had StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp for a while and was almost at a reward. I get rewards but nothing “free” from scanning. Points reset after I was in the 80 point range

StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp worked the first time I used it for points and has not worked since. I’ve had it scanned before I start, during check out, and before I paid. Nothing has worked. I went to customer service and they were great and manually inputted the information. StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp still never updated so the points didn’t register despite their help.

It seems like every other time I try to use StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp it doesn’t take my password and when I try to change it there is a problem there. Frustrating and just crap. I spoke to the customer service desk and they said I am not the only one - it seems StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp doesn’t work. I would agree but she had no help.
Do not bother getting involved with StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp .

So frustrating when you hit the Website Tab, all you get is an never ending circle that spins. Same with Specials tab. I’d like to place an order but StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp won’t let you. This is the 3rd attempt. Never works. I’ll shop elsewhere until they get with the program.

I’m a frequent shopper at Stews. With a family of five things add up quickly. When alone i normally don’t get ice cream or coffee. My receipts for 3,4,$500. Shopping stops are all over my car and glovebox. I wish I could scan them myself with StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp so I could use the credit when with kids.

When I’m at the Danbury location, I try to use StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp but it never loads. The building there blocks cell service and there is no WiFi to connect to be able to open StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp. So it’s useless. Maybe Norwalk location has better cell coverage and the building isn’t interfering with connectivity.

Only about 1 out of 10 purchases has StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp actually added the points. Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a review of an app; but today not only did it not add points again, it also subtracted points from what I already had. Looks like I’m never getting a free ice cream or coffee.

I have downloaded StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp twice. Both times I was unable to use the features on StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp . I can’t access app only specials and you can’t access catering. These are that Ewing reasons I downloaded StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp ! It is just as easy to go to the website for curbside pickup! Definitely going to delet StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp - AGAIN!

Supermarket app needs a shopping list

Love being able to add up your points for free Stew’s Ice cream. Also very easy to see the weekly ad when I’m there shopping.

App has a lot of useless information and links. I’m trying to shop on StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp and have food delivered and it doesn’t even seem to be an option.

I started to download the Stew Leonard’s app until I noticed it was only for the NJ store. I live in Connecticut, about 20 miles from the Newington location. Why isn’t there an app for my local store?

Add Apple wallet and watch support for the loyalty card and the loyalty program will be aces!

Waste of time. Downloaded app and went to Yonkers Stew to shop on Feb 1, 2020. The cashier had no idea what the Stew Reward App is. I then went to customer service desk and inquired. The young lady there had no idea what I was talking about either. StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp said 2020 for ALL stores. Maybe it is not all stores until 12/31/2020. StewLeonardsLoyaltyApp said nothing about it is for the NJ Stew store only either. Stew Management Team needs to communicate with each other.
