I hit one star only because there was no place to hit “No Stars”. When I could open the app it only worked 1 in 4 tries. I have no idea to how to use the points, nor does anybody in Norwalk. The last time I was at Stew’s the system was down and it logged me out. I have tried to log log back in, ain’t happening. I have tried to reset my password, but guess what, No Joy there either. Very frustrating, especially given how good Stew’s is at all other customer friendly issues!

Horrible app. $350 spent and no points were added to my rewards. Customer service would only let me redeem if I had the app! They also said points would load in 2 minutes. Never happened. Waited 24 hours still no points. Even though I do have the app now, what about the elderly that don’t use iPhones. You Should have the choice to do it the old Way with receipt In hand to show the amount of purchase or use the app.

The app worked the first time I used it for points and has not worked since. I’ve had it scanned before I start, during check out, and before I paid. Nothing has worked. I went to customer service and they were great and manually inputted the information. The app still never updated so the points didn’t register despite their help.
