How to fix VidaX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VidaX app on iPhone
Update VidaX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VidaX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VidaX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VidaX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VidaX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VidaX app issues:

Force Stop the VidaX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VidaX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VidaX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VidaX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VidaX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VidaX.

Fix VidaX unable to contact server/ VidaX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VidaX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VidaX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VidaX on android.
