I can log in. There is a three bar menu in the upper left and a profile icon in the upper right. Tapping either does nothing at all. Application is essentially non-functional.

MyHealthWallet is worthless without an invitation code from your Doctor. You can’t setup an account and there are no instructions to assist you with how to get one setup. Worst app I’ve ever tried to use.
