EverCheck Wallet Reviews

EverCheckWallet does NOT work. It would not initially upload any of my professional (RN) licenses, certifications, etc. I had to go to my hospital’s education department for assistance. They acknowledged that EverCheckWallet had severe problems. They then took down my information and had to manually enter the data into a PC. Some system.

Now I have new data to upload. But now, there is no button to push in order to scan the new documentation. EverCheckWallet is a piece of crap.

The old way worked just fine. Just print out the related certificates and licenses and submit a copy to whoever needs one.

EverCheckWallet is terrible. It rarely works. I constantly have problems logging in. My employer has issues seeing my credentials on a regular basis. It’s not user friendly. I do not like EverCheckWallet.

My employer requires me to have current certifications in evercheck. Unfortunately I have been unable to change my “expired” licenses. I’ve tried ecard numbers, emailing images and multiple emails with evercheck. There is a VERY large issue that is effecting employees in the Oregon region. I’ve spent countless time trying to resolve this problem, to no avail. Providence should not have contracted with this company if they can’t fix simple user end issues.

Forced to use this at work. Worst app ever. Won’t load anything until expired. Can’t get it to take expiration dates unless you click through the calendar for the exact date even if it is 2 years in the future. Why offer the box to type in a date if it doesn’t accept the date. I waited until my work forced me to update or be put on unpaid leave. Not worth my time.

This is absolutely the most worthless program any organization could use. It is not intuitive to where you can tap to load information and every time a license or certification comes due it does not notify me. It is a guarantee I will be notified by my organization that suspension will occur if the information is not uploaded, which results in an email to Evercheck to do their job pending legal action if wage loss occurs from undue suspensions.

EverCheckWallet is supposed to make it easy to keep track of you licenses and certifications but every year I have to email with the support team to try and get my information correct. Unfortunately my hands are tied by my employer who require it’s use, otherwise I wouldn’t use it due its annual failings…

EverCheckWallet does not work....nor does the website.... it is absolutely ridiculous that a large hospital pays for a service that does not work.... when you call everyone is so nice but the problem does not get resolved and there is no follow up. Will delete it off my phone because it is just taking up space.

EC Wallet is showing I need to update a version. However, it is an older version that needs to be downloaded. It attempts to download but fails. Stuck in update and can not Open EC Wallet. It appears no one did regression test on latest update???

I feel the convenience of this application would have been great if it functioned in the manner for which it was intended. EverCheckWallet will not allow me to update/add anything. Absolutely ridiculous that an organization as large as mine would commit to something that is consistently ineffective.

I’ve never gotten it to work one time. Such a hassle that this system is required by our work and EverCheckWallet is useless. As if we don’t have enough to deal with.

No option to upload new license. Watched the video on how too but there is no button to push to add new license. Very frustrating since my work wants us to use EverCheckWallet. Just be nice if it actually worked. 🤨

My work made me download EverCheckWallet for our licenses and it has not worked a single day since I downloaded it. I’ve been trying to upload my license for 3 weeks and nothing. Can’t even get a hold of anyone in evercheck. Phone numbers don’t work, emails don’t work.

This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. Since my company switched to EverCheckWallet for our license tracking it has been nothing but problems for everyone. Any business who uses EverCheckWallet should be ashamed to put their employees through the hassle of working with EverCheckWallet. Their customer support is the worst of any business I have ever encountered. They really need to shut down operations and stop subjecting people to the pain of using their product.

I can't get it to work for me. It appears that it's uploading my information, and then states "something went wrong, try back later"
Every time I log on......

Fantastic concept, however it should not be dependent on an invitation from your employer. I was furloughed after COVID and no longer have access to my work email. My employer told us about this months ago but never sent us invitations. (I think)
I would love to use EverCheckWallet to organize my credentials. Do you all make a personal version?

I like the way so easy and accessible is to have our certificates upload.

I don’t understand why my employer decided to have us use this worthless app. Bad. Really bad. Not user friendly and very slow.

I got ‘‘tis app to work once then never again. Please fix this because it right now is a waste of space on my phone.

It doesn’t let you upload your license. It doesn’t update with the correct information. It is a horrible app

In a world of worthless and nonfunctional apps, EC is by far the most worthless and nonfunctional. How do companies keep paying for essentially a non-service, that only irritates their employees while still making it “our” fault that HR cant do it’s job without outsourcing the simplest task. My professional obligation is to do the education, maintain the certifications, keep the license current, not to be your dang data entry clerk and HR staff.(that wouldn’t be the worst thing if the stupid app actually had one iota of functionality. It’s like it wasn’t even built fully, just a Skelton website/app UI that is 100% empty on the inside. I’d call it garbage, but refuse was at least useful at some point, this never was. 11/10 would NOT recommend!
