If I buy through the website I get the credits. However trying to buy credit through LibertyWallet doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for months now to get LibertyWallet to allow me to purchase credits but it won’t work. My bank doesn’t show up on the list when I go to buy credits then when I try to add my bank back in LibertyWallet tells me that my banks already linked. I would love to use LibertyWallet more frequently but it doesn’t work well enough for me to do that.

This new reward system is horrible!! Unless you’re spending at least $150+ per month, you really aren’t getting ANY deals. The 3 visits-spending $50+ worked much better for people who dont always need their medical marijuana products regularly. The rewards shouldn’t be based on purchases over ONE month. This is a medical dispensary, not a recreational one. Us patients shouldn’t be ENCOURAGED to purchase more medical marijuana than what we NEED. I had nothing but amazing things to say about Liberty dispensaries, but now I will be searching for dispensaries that aren’t in it for the money. The old rewards program was so considerate to the MM patients :((( this program seems to only help people who spend $500+ per month

As everyone has said, bring back the old rewards. Now you have to spend $500-$750 a month to get near your $1 eighth. Cmon.. it only took 3 visits for that $1 eighth, spending $50 a time.. You don’t compete anymore. I know the rewards was the reason I, and apparently everyone else went to liberty, to save money on marijuana that is poorly priced anyways. Judging on prior reviews. if you gave us those rewards before, why cut them short now.. you’ll list something small now, and it’ll take all month acquiring the reward “tier” for said thing.. Step it up or I’m stepping out

I haven’t been able to get in since I changed my phone number. My dispensary took my info and was supposed to pass it along but nothing happened. I can’t open it and I can’t change my password. I can’t access any of my rewards. It is frustrating and pointless.

I will no longer be coming to liberty cannabis because of LibertyWallet. Needs to be tracking my location to use? No thanks!

Unless someone is going to look up my rewards for me and you all go back to the old system, I’m going back to other dispensaries in the area. Honestly, this was the final straw.
Only reason I came before was for pax pods, now everyone carries them. You have no value differentiation from your competition any longer. Goodbye!

First time adding credit worked great. Today i get a pop up saying additional authentication needed please call financial institution and only a ‘ok’ to press.I do so and they say they have nothing to give or do for me for that. I can’t even add a new account button using working and there’s been a spinning circle in next on bottom of screen

I’m glad someone finally made LibertyWallet. It’s been really easy to use..I can transfer quickly and purchase right away. I can’t see my transaction history but not too worried about that! Overall amazing!!

Took me a couple of minutes to put my info in and then I got 20% added to my balance! Great rewards and nice to not have to pay the $3 ATM fee. Also a good way to budget my cannabis spending each month.

Unfortunately I just found out about this on my own after having spent a lot of mula in the stores all these months, wish someone would’ve told me so I could get points, thats okay though. My issue is I cant even set up an account, when it comes to select the state Im in and the store I go to LibertyWallet just closes and resets all my info 🙃 have tried multiple times

I love LibertyWallet and how conviniéndole it makes it, however I am not receiving my rewards after my percharé and my perk tracker for the month has been stuck at $0 spent when I have definitely spend more that that… If you could fix whatever bug is causing this that could be great!!!

Support email is returned and there is no help option in LibertyWallet - I would suggest addressing that in further versions. I’m unable to redeem my own credits due to a pop-up asking me to deposit to cover a deficit balance due to this not being an instant transfer...not sure how to resolve this.

You can never load your screen to add credits, or if you’re lucky and get past it it’s a 30 min process to attempt to set up your banking info. It’s a great app idea and rewards program but I’m at the point where taking out cash is way more easier than trying to deal with LibertyWallet. Their dev team definitely needs to work more on this.

Absolute garbage app. Downloaded so I could use at dispensary, and there was a bug every step of the way. Now, LibertyWallet says my bank account is already verified, but when I try to purchase credits, my bank account does not show up.

If you’re coming to this dispensary bring your cash. Don’t waste time on LibertyWallet . Too bad. Great dispensary probably losing clients over this inconvenience.

Love LibertyWallet. Finally making it easy to pay without getting cash from the bank or ATM. Liberty will always be my go to store!

I’ve submitted two requests for help through your website and haven't heard anything back. App shows that I haven’t made any purchases in November, but I’ve made three separate purchases this month. Why am I using this horrible app if I’m not getting any rewards? Time to find a new dispensary.

Cannot create a new account when I sign up it asks me to validate my phone pin number then times out. Then it says I have an incorrect password when I try to sign in. I also cannot reset the password because I do not get any reset email in my spam or other inbox.

LibertyWallet is unacceptably slow regardless of my location or internet connection.

It was so painfully slow that I gave up waiting on LibertyWallet to resolve my $20 credit when I was checking out. There was a long line and after FIVE MINUTES waiting for this piece of junk to load I said the heck with it, I’ll use my reward next time.

Also, why does LibertyWallet insist on using my geo location and ask for my phone’s passcode every time I launch it?

Seriously guys, LibertyWallet is awful. The Liberty shops are great but the tech presence is abysmal.

I am so excited for LibertyWallet I get it is new. So I’m sure somethings are going to need worked out still. Got a email saying if you add money then they give a certain percentage back your first time. Go to add money and it gives a error message saying it can’t load it. Just sad

App requires location to use which is absurd, furthermore the elimination of past rewards is unacceptable. Highly recommend finding a new dispensary, Sira and RevClinics don’t trash their rewards programs or require you to share your location..

First off it pains me to write this because I absolutely love this dispensary. :’( Since the liberty wallet app came out I have had it downloaded and I have been to the liberty beach center store multiple times, but it still shows nothing of my order history. According to the liberty web page in order to be able to collect and use points the wallet must be downloaded (which is ok ) but now the web app for the rewards does not want to work for me and there is no where to see your points or redeem rewards on the liberty wallet. I have yet to try and place credits on due to this fact because if I lose reward I lose rewards but I’m not going to lose actual cash! This dispensary and it’s staff are the absolute best (this is a fact)and I know that eventually LibertyWallet will be held to the standard that I’ve come to know, expect, and appreciate that the employees of liberty beach center and Liberty Cannabis as whole have set.

Finally I don’t have to walk in with cash!

Tried for two days to upload my banking info.
My one bank doesn’t even exist and the other just never loads. Really annoyed.

When I try to log in it’s says my account info is wrong but when I try to create an account it’s says I have one. My account information works on the website.

It says “Refresh in progress” next to my bank account info and I can’t click next to proceed.

Error message says I don’t exist, log in to my account on the web & I am good. LibertyWallet … not so much

Took money out of my account that was not authorized.

Thanks for a 39 min waste of time.

Flat out the “so called” great app has ZERO VALUE.

Why?

Because the customer shouldnt have to literally do your work.
