I am quite disappointed that FuelCred which cost a fair chunk lot of money for one year has zero customer service. There’s no way to reset your password. When FuelCred updates forces you to log out! Then the password doesn’t work anymore and you hit forget password it says send an email! You’all do not answer the emails so what’s the point! Do you care to respond if I start slamming the reviews with negative factual information?
I always thought we were doing the right thing with our taxes but FuelCred has given us money back that we’ve never gotten back before. If you’re a business using fuel you need to use this. Quick, efficient and $$$ back to our business. Highly recommend!
