FOREXcom has all the potential in the world and FOREXcom seems to be a work in progress... and this is ok. They need a more user friendly charting app other than tradingview.. Tradingview charts are great, but not great for mobile.. This is my biggest complaint. FOREXcom really has a lot of positives going for it. The Dashboard is nice. Another positive is the chart preview when you look at your open positions. I really like that..

FOREXcom deserves 4 Stars but the charting issue is almost a deal breaker for trying to trade on mobile. If it were not for other charting apps, it would be near impossible to trade on FOREXcom.

FOREXcom is absolutely the worst. The charts have no room at the bottom to show indicators. On an iPhone you have just 1/8 of an inch in this indicator area, it’s just terrible and stupid.
The program freezes over and over again. I am so tired of restarting FOREXcom. There is so much wrong with FOREXcom. I don't know where to begin. The basic design is terrible, totally NOT USER FRIENDLY. This program freezes and you don’t know that currency values are changing until you change to a new page. You will lose money with FOREXcom. One star is a gift. There is no fixing it, scrap it and bring back the old iPad app. it was great. Whoever decided to quit using the old iPad app should be fired and maybe tarred and feathered and run out of town.

FOREXcom is decent but when I let my money sit they started charging me $15 a month for an inactive account. It took over a month to get my money out. The account and method you use to deposit is the only account and method you can use to get your money out. I deposited using debit card from my bank. Tried to withdraw using my bank directly and they wouldn’t let this happen even though I deposited using the card from the bank. Once this was fixed it took over a week to receive my money. They can transfer currencies in milliseconds but it takes them a week to send money to a bank. And they charge you a $10 wire transfer fee on top of that.

For a broker dealer to develop a mobile app that offers functionality to assist their customers.
1- give me the ability to adjust my stops on the chart
2- Reposition the close position button that is always under my thumb.
3- Why no drawing tools not even a line
4- it seems that the intention of the mobile app is to entice novice traders to enter positions from their phone, pay the broker and then donate to the market.
5- When in chart mode please get rid of all useless info and toolbars and let me use my 2 sq inches of screen real estate for just the chart.

6- The updates have been an improvement over previous versions.

FYI - I use the mobile app to monitor positions that I entered from my desktop platform. I would never enter a new position using a TOY. PLEASE allow me to adjust my stops easily when I'm away from my desk and then FOREXcom will actually be a useful tool to me... and create enter new position as a chart trading tool that offers a normal order entry dialogue box from the chart itself.

Obviously one bug that pnl is shown (initially) in denom currency not the base currency of the account. Sometimes need to close and reopen FOREXcom to get it shown in account currency.

Reports (statements) doesnt work. People want to review how they are doing and track history.

Very limited improvement from the old app. You need some one who really trade fx to design FOREXcom . When People focus on one pair, they need to look at their own position, the current price and trend and be able to place trade on the same screen or within one click. They dont want to hit the back button so often to switch viewing what they wanted to see.

I don’t know how you can turn an amazingly user friendly, easy to read, easy to adjust app with interactive charts that are VERY easy to read into this mess. It is by far the worst charting platform I have ever seen. I do not feel comfortable trading my money on FOREXcom that I can barely even look at, let alone quickly trade. No pip value, everything lagging, no colors, just a ton of numbers splashed on a white page. Chart is AWFUL. Considering transferring all of my money somewhere that I can trade with ease. Just switch it back to the system that had minor glitches and go back to work.

The way FOREXcom is set up seems almost random. It has some good features but they are a pain to find. Also, the room it gives for charts is a joke. There is no way you could have analysis with this mobile platform. There is simply not enough room for the things they were trying to do in FOREXcom.

This has happened over 10 times at least since I've been using FOREXcom. I buy into a currency and set my limits, this last one I had set limits at -7 and 8. I wake up and see that I am positive 2.60 I click on it and it opens and closes immediately. I look at the history of my trades and it closes out in the middle of the night at 3.80 nowhere near my limit, yet shows that it was still open and I was in the positive. I have lost almost 20 dollars from this happening without my control. I would not recommend to anyone as if feels like a scam.

FOREXcom offers some features that the previous app did not. However it is also missing features or have made it harder to access certain features. I.e. Accessing Research, viewing charts, viewing individual orders on a single currency pair and other functions that were more user friendly on the previous app.

I never write reviews, but I had to on FOREXcom. I’ve never encountered an app that bugs so much. You open it to place your trades and see your profit and loss. That part is all great. Except when you try to look at it again later, maybe after 3 minutes, and FOREXcom does not load. It freezes. You have to collapse FOREXcom between every use. Fingerprint log-in is a must otherwise you will go insane typing your password in every time.
Fix the need to collapse FOREXcom every use, and I will give it 5 stars.

Been using the former app for quite some time now. Downloaded this newer version several weeks ago and I really have mixed feelings about it at the moment. I am using it on the IPHONE X, so I feel like this new version should be amazing. I like most of the updates, however this version seems have a terrible lag on the real time updating. Also, I don't like that you can only add 1 indicator. With a few minor fixes, I feel like FOREXcom could be amazing.

FOREXcom doesn’t work and I have contacted them for months every single day they have never responded they only send me a confirmation noting that they received my email but they have never done anything about it. BUT they are able to charge an inactivity fee even though the stupid app never has an open market or the potential to open one. I’ve been doing this for years until they changed and updated the stupid app. I think we we were better off with the old one.

Very easy platform to trade on. The ONLY thing I would change is that when you place an order with a stop or limit, the stop or limit will be automatically associated with the order once it is triggered.
Other than that, I think it’s a perfect app.

This has happened twice now. I either buy or sell in FOREXcom , go to bed, and wake up to see that FOREXcom decided to close my order and I lost a bunch of money. This is after no limits or anything have been placed and I haven’t even opened FOREXcom . I check the trade history and it says an order was placed an hour later after I’m already asleep. So I just lost everything I made back from the last time this happened again.

FOREXcom is honestly couple fixes away from being the one to beat! The developers need to make FOREXcom function more like an app and NOT a web browser. One HUGE update would be to include a “zoomed in sub-screen” to allow me to see whats under my finger when drawing on charts. MT4 has it...
