Smart cast keeps cutting off and runs slow every times it loads new program for the past several days, but today has been the worst.

- Long personal videos take a little time to download to tv

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SmartCast app issues:

Force Stop the SmartCast App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SmartCast app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SmartCast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SmartCast App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SmartCast app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SmartCast.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SmartCast » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
